Doug is a local small business and has earned his outstanding ratings. I would recommend Fresh N Clean without hesitation.

Ron explained the process in detail and walked me through the shop to demonstrate the work in action. After seeing the process in action and discussing options with Ron, i left my vehicle there with a quoted delivery of 3pm on Friday, or just over 48 hours after delivery. When Friday came around, Ron gave me a call to let me know i could pick it up around noon, which was awesome. The quality of work was definitely worth the price. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Ron greeted me with two of the filthiest pieces of detailing clay that i have even seen along with a gunked up buffing pad. Long story short, the crap embedded in the clear coat was meticulously removed prior to the coating, which is exactly what a customer wants. The window tinting was equally clean and my ride looked exceptional--exactly what a new vehicle should look like. A shout out goes to Angel, who assisted in the detailing process. The final result was clearly a team effort.

So I come back here because the manager seemed genuine (he's older, tall and thin) and he left a message apologizing. Well, I guess anything goes when he is not here!!!! The heavy short manager today 10/08/26 around 1:25 was completely opposite. I'll spare you the details. And this still does not account for the blithe over-promising and blatant under-performing re blemish repairs. Thanks again posting anything at all.
