I then waited another 25 minutes while several walk-in customers were served before me. I'd heard it is good and when I saw it on Uber eats as my husband was craving bagels I decided we should give it a try! I was excited to see they have a lox scallion cream cheese option because sliced lox with scallion cream cheese separately is expensiveeee. This was a great alternative and I added a tomato. I got that on an egg everything bagel toasted and was happy with what I got! The bagel itself was a softer dough compared to some other places but it still had a good body to it (i.e. t didn't deflate completely when you bite into it). There was a good bagel to cream cheese ratio and the cream cheese wasn't bland which is something I look out for. All directions were followed so overall happy with the minimal service we interacted with. I would give this bagel a solid 8/10
