Ordered my food online food was prompt, warm, and ready once I reach the location. Service staff was very friendly. Meal was amazing. I ordered the rotisserie chicken the chicken chunks in the steak family dinners which came with salad and a side of beans. I would definitely go back. read more

Food was amazing but the customer service was exceptional they made me feel welcomed.

This deli has very good food. I've been coming here for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for over 20 years. They offer a wider variety of food than they used to, but it's always been good. Everyone in the area uses this deli. It's that good! read more

So I was craving a mofongo and honestly lately all my go to spots just haven't been the same. So I ventured into Uber eats and this deli came up. The first thing that caught my eye was their extensive menu of traditional Latin dishes. Here you can of course get a mofongo, pupusas, picadera, perhaps a chimi or burrito. The options are endless. I kid you not I believe I saw an açaí bowl here, not something I would go for from here but you get the point. The food: my pork mofongo was the.bomb.com! I'm not even exaggerating. What made this mofongo so perfect was it wasn't too salty. Lately every one I order has been ridiculously salty. We also ordered a chicken chimi which was huge and delicious. Everything was so fresh, you can tell they literally just made it all. Finally the food was so tasty, I decided to give them a call to compliment them. The gentleman on the phone was so sweet, he agreed that people only call to complain but I wanted to let them know how delicious the food was. He invited me to come in person next time and it would be a pleasure to serve me. I highly recommend you give this place a try! read more

Had a craving for 4 golpes (mangu, queso frito, eggs, salami, & chorizo) and i knew i couldn't go anywhere but here. I used to crave this while pregnant and I used to make it all the time at home but I am not in the mood to cook... so this is the next best thing! The mangu is soft and has just enough flavor, not too salty either! There's nothing more I hate then when my mangu is hard and salty. The eggs are fried perfectly over medium and the cheese, salami, & chorizo isn't overcooked and burnt! I'm in heaven! read more

The food was mediocre at best, got a chicken sandwich that was not cooked properly. Waited nearly 40 minutes after they gave my sandwich to most likely a friend of theirs that didn't want to wait. When I asked about that she suddenly forgot English, same english she was speaking 2 seconds before. 2/5 food. 1/5 service. read more

I'd rate 270 Deli four and a half stars. Great Dominican, American deli. Stopped in for a quick breakfast not realizing it was a Dominican deli and plan immediately changed. Decided to have stewed chicken over yuca instead. Absolutely delicious! Chicken and yuca were super tender. Hit the right spot! read more

I'd like to give it up to this women owned and operated place. So glad I found this through Yelp. My sister and I came in for some egg sandwiches and then ended up also trying some of their prepared foods. I got the guacamole and the pico de Gallo which my sister tried with her chicharron which she said was tasty (I don't eat pork). The service was quick and everyone was so nice. This store has literally everything you need! They even make keys! read more

I stopped by to grab some dinner the other day. Everything was so fresh and delicious. They're a deli that specializes in Latin/American food. We got the Picada Platter with Yucca Fries, Tostones, Grilled Chicken, Pork Chop, Carne Asada, Chicharrón, and Shrimp. My favorite were the Tostones and the Carne Asada. Their fresh juices were also so refreshing with some of the fried foods! My favorite juice was the passion fruit one. I definitely recommend trying this platter with a group of people because it is a lot of food. Don't forget to get some of their bottled hot sauce and their spicy mayo sauce. They were both so delicious and I might have to stop by just to buy some more hot sauce bottles. Stop by and grab your picada platter for group gatherings, parties or occasions! I might grab a platter before going boating with my family during the summer. Thank you Arcenio and staff for a seamless pick up experience. We will be back soon. read more

270 Deli has been a lifesaver of a spot during my corona woes. I'd have no problem surviving if it wasn't for my banana conundrum. You know how many bananas I go through in my house and I haven't even made one single banana bread? A bunch and a half... a week. I have a serious banana obsession. But as a responsible, proper social distancing abiding citizen, I am trying to limit my grocery runs (at this point I've only been shopping once - my sister has gone for me and she is a wonderful human), so, ordering from local places that also can throw in a few fresh basic grocery items are my favorites places. 270 Deli's regular grilled chicken salad is HUGE and delicious, and they probably definitely know me now as the crazy banana house. And I order their mango slices because they are MASSIVE. and delicious. But you already know that if you've eaten a mango. read more

I heard about 270 Deli through an Instagram advertisement. The pictures of the dishes looked so good we decided to give it a try. The moment I called to place my catering order I knew it was going to be good. The staff was super nice and helpful. We ordered the Dominican sampler for a 4th of July BBQ. The tray was gone in minutes! The family gave it its seal of approval. This will be our go to for family parties. read more

Just sat in that place for 10 minutes straight, trying to place an order for my crew of six and I didn't even get acknowledged. Maybe because I'm not Spanish, but they straight overlooked me like I wasn't even a person. Mean while there's 5 woman behind the grill/counter and one male behind register/ nothing from anyone. Funny, went to a place tonight's down the block and was greeted as soon as I entered and order was placed. Was happy to give them my $75 order. Don't think I'll ever walk back in here. read more

I've been coming to this deli since I was a little kid. Over 15 years ago. It's changed a lot since then and only for the better. I love the new juicing addition and new lunch and breakfast items. 270 Deli NY - Hanger Steak, White Rice, Beans, and Salad! Delishhhh - Delis Near Me - Hempstead, New York

270 deli offers a seemingly endless selection of food, with a huge variety of different kinds of food from different cultures. The menu can satisfy most cravings from typical diner breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches and smoothies to pupusas, tacos and array of classic dominican dishes. My coworkers and I purchased the patacones de pollo, pupusas, mozzarella sticks and a burger. Prior to eating the food we were skeptical because the deli offered so much it seemed unlikely the food would measure up to the standards of places that specialize in one particular kind of food...we were wrong. Everyone was satisfied with their meal and delivery came in timely fashion. Recommend trying it out if you're in the area. (few minor spelling mistakes with their Spanish on the menu) read more

Made an order of waffle fries and a burger, was very disappointed when I opened up the wrapper and tomatoes were revealed. I strictly said no tomatoes. However, tomatoes were there. Not only were tomatoes on my cheeseburger, but the bacon also wasn't there (which i kindly asked for). I'm not sure how i am supposed to enjoy this.. It was so bad, that a force dawned upon me making the cheeseburger slip out of my hands and slam dunk into the floor. overall disappointed :/ read more

Ive seen this deli evolve for the better & its one of my favorite delis! Always quick & food is always so good!

Was given a drink I didn't ask for good thing I checked the cup because to my surprise there were dead flies in it

I've been ordering from this bodega since the beginning of the year. The man who picks up the phone and takes your order from the counter (I think this is the same person; the voice sounds the same) is super friendly, patient, and very attentive. I don't eat meat and so many places will still add meat to my food. This place always makes sure there's no meat! Their mangú is the best mangú I've ever had! It's so soft and seasoned perfectly! It's salty but not overly salty, plus they cook their eggs a perfect over easy, and the fried cheese is also very well done. Their shrimp tacos are delicious, as well as their pupusas. Their menu is huge so I haven't gotten around to trying everything but eventually I plan on it. Deff check this spot out if you're in the area! read more
