We came here from DC on our way to NYC for a baseball game. The hotel was average, clean and comfy. It was about a 10 minute walk into the harbor where most of the shopping and restaurants were. The room service food was nothing to write home about either... No bell hop to help with luggage and you had to pay for parking at a separate window, it wasn't included in your hotel fees. The hotel seemed to lack service in the lobby area altogether. The best part of this hotel is the view of Camden Yards! read more

Be careful - this hotel is closed even though they are taking reservations. Hilton claims they are "communicating with guests throughout their booking process" but completely screwed over my vacation by falsely projecting the hotel as open and taking reservations when it was really closed. read more

I booked a room for Valentines Day, after I was checked in my Fiancé and I proceeded to the room and upon entering the hallway reeked of Marijuana. I went back downstairs to let them know that I needed to switch rooms due to the odor. I was then put into a room that was nothing like I had booked (Camden Yards view), upon entering that room there was hair in the bathtub and on the pillows. When I went back down to let the front desk know about that issue I was greeted by the Manager Linda Brown. I explained to her that I've already missed my dinner reservation and I had 30 minutes to get checked into another room and make our way over to the Royal Farms arena for a comedy show. She insisted that we all make a trip up to the room to inspect the hairs. I again explained to her that I've missed my dinner reservation and I'm going to miss the comedy show I spent 300 bucks on. But when I explained to them about the first room smelling like Marijuana they didn't want to inspect that, but wanted to inspect hair in the bathtub. If this was any other night I would have no problem, but again I already missed dinner and was going to miss the comedy show. After debating with her, I just asked for a refund. She was content with that and sent me on my way. Now I'm scrambling to find another room because we drove from DC to stay in Baltimore. I wasn't able to find another room because duh, it was Valentines Day and everything to my standard was booked up. So now at this point I missed the comedy show because we had 2 duffle bags and no where to put them, because we were never able to check into a room that was of standard. So we sat at the lobby bar and was comped 2 rounds of drinks by the nice bartender because he felt so bad for us. We ordered food from UberEats and took the long drive back to DC. I'm not one to complain, at all, but this was a horrible experience and was not offered any other compensation other then refunding me my money. If this was any other night I would be happy with just getting my money back, but due to the fact I spent 300 on tickets for the comedy show and missed my dinner reservation, I expected more customer service. All in all this was a terrible Hilton chain ran by horrible management. read more

This hotel really is a total disappointment both in accommodations and service. My room smelled like Mold throughout my entire stay. The hotel restaurant was severely understaffed and overwhelmed. This resulted in horribly slow service and the food was average at best. The front desk had long lines every day and were understaffed. My bathroom water was yellow in the morning and the staff did nothing to address this. Two days I didn't even have hot water at all in the shower yet did in the sink. The staff are not at all friendly and in some cases were totally dismissive. I will never stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to any friends or colleagues. Stay at the Marriott across the street. read more

We couldn't wait to stay here for a volleyball tournament. We booked 5 months in advance. Unfortunately we home tested positive for Covid right before we were to check in. The cancellation policy was 72 hours without penalty. I cancelled 31 hours prior. If I could have cancelled sooner I would have. I still was charged $222.08 for 1 night. We were trying to do the right thing and not bring Covid into the Hilton. They were willing to accept a doctors text result, but no one can go to the doctor's with Covid. That is why the Federal government sent out free home tests to everyone. However, Hilton will not except the home test result. Next time, for $222.08, we will go and at least enjoy the night there. I am taking this as Hilton doesn't really care about the well being, health, and safety of the other guests staying there. And the Hilton staff. Thankfully we did the right thing and stayed clear. Even though it cost us $222.08. It's sad this day and age there isn't more understanding. read more

No stars really. Made us wait 2.5 hours after we arrived at 4pm to check in. We waited one hour on line to check in and one and a half hours for the room to be ready. They said they would call when room was ready and they never called. Only 2/6 elevators working and had to wait forever for them. Heard fire department came in middle of night bc one got stuck. No valet and no parking in their lot. We had to pay for space at the Marriott. They seem pretty overwhelmed, dejected, and under staffed here. Would NOT recommend staying here. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Seemed miraculous considering how disorganized they are. It's close to the ball field but other hotels are too. I rarely write reviews but this horrible experience warranted it. read more

I called two days before arrival to make sure they have a pool that's open and heated. they said yes. I booked and showed up. they said the pool is closed right now, then they said the pool doesn't work, then they said there's a crack that was discovered just a few days ago and it was emptied. I can see the pool from my room. It's full. They're just lying and they lied when I called two days ago. read more

Perfect location for an O's game. Food would be rated a C. Rooms are typical and a bit outdated. Service, when available was average. Fitness is a C+. It was an interesting stay. There were missteps (forgot breakfast order, maintenance issues in the bathroom, not enough staff at check in). What was interesting was most of the staff are very nice. It simply appears that they aren't lead to see the details. If you can land a good price it's worth overlooking some of these to walk to the ballgame if that's what you are here for. read more

Arrival was very inconvenient - Parking lot was full, had to park multiple blocks away and shlep our belongings to the hotel because the valet pull through area was coned off so we couldn't even drop our stuff off. Check in and were given no info... What's the wifi password? What time is checkout? Whats this party happening in the lobby? What floor is the pool on? Nothing. Then it takes 20 mins to get an elevator because 4 of the 6 elevators aren't working. Theres a line for the elevator but of course here comes the animals who don't think they need to wait in said line like the rest of the guests. Next we go to the CESSpool and it was both freezing cold and so murky you couldn't see your limbs under water. Hot tub was out of order, shocking. Group in the pool area playing music, drinking vodka straight and behaving like slobs. Go across the street to Diamond Tavern which is the hotels restaurant. Seated and the waitress says she'll be right with us. Not sure where she had to go considering the place was completely empty. Very nice bus boy brings us water. Still no waitress. So bus boy brings me a soda. 5 minutes... 10 minutes... 15 minutes... Got up and left. Now for the room. Serious lack of towels. There are 3 guests, we shouldn't have to share towels. Tissue holders empty. Room was clean, beds were comfortable but overall experience sucked. read more

Great location, awesome view of Camden Yards. Clean and comfortable rooms. I am beyond upset with this service today. Even from ordering and paying for my room in advance about two weeks ago I was over charged, got the change back called two weeks ago to make sure I could have a room with a harbor view for the fire works and was told it would be noted in the system. Called back the morning of "today" and no note, ok so I was told just pay a few and received the room I wanted was even told the room number. Get here and no room no note not even a clean room and the fact I paid for a king and that's gone. So now I'm sitting lobby side and check in should have been at 4pm room not ready but let me check out late and I will be charged and over that they didn't even offer anything for their inconvenience! read more

We made reservations for a room overlooking Oriole Park at Camden Yards, 29 days before our stay. On the day before we were to check in to our confirmed room, they texted me our hotel room was not available. No one had an explanation why we lost our room. We had to recheck in for another room with no view. The machine for soda and water didn't work, our refrigerator would not get cold. We had to Park 3 blocks away at $40 per 10 hours, because their $35 a night lot was on a road closed because of the Orioles game. The bar closed at 11 am and didn't reopen until 3 pm. Our $600 two night stay in a mediocre room, we ended up getting locked out of Sunday afternoon. It is the worst stay in a hotel I have ever had. We had to wait for security to let us into our room. There is no room service. We've have had better experiences at hotels costing less than $200. 1. Never coming to Baltimore again and I live in Maryland. 2. Never staying at a Hilton again. Enter at your own risk. On Labor Day at 7:25 am the fire alarm went off getting us out of bed! The best things about the hotel were the two security guards who helped get into our room and accompanied us down the elevator instead of stairs due to my bum knees. Additionally, the bartender on Sunday was a very nice man and gave me a hug when he heard me say my sister passed That morning. read more

RJ and I stayed here on a Friday night in May. This is a very noisy hotel, and the lobby sounds like you are in grand central station. Some of the rooms look out over Camden Yards, but there was no game the night we were there. As crowded and noisy as it was, I can't imagine the chaos on game night. The bed and sheets were nice, crisp, and clean which was the most important part. I still liked looking out over the field even though it was empty. read more

When you're somebody's mistress, you expect to be treated like a queen. At least that's what I've seen on t.v. and read in chick-lit books. As I am not officially someone's mistress, a friend was kind enough to put me up here to hang out while he was doing some learning. Like some have said, the view of Camden is great, and the lobby is beautiful. The Diamond Tavern patio on a Friday afternoon is not too shabby, particularly when you knock over your drink and they give you a complimentary new one. Granted, later than night when you're drunk off your ass, that doesn't seem so great. What's not great is when you're hungover and HOUSEKEEPING comes banging on your door at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Who. The. Feck. Does. That. In reality, of the Baltimore hotels I've stayed at in the past two months, this wasn't too bad. But really, wait until checkout time before you come a'knockin, because I may be a'barfin. read more

One would think making room reservation changes should be simple for a hotel but with this hotel it was a painstaking 2 HOUR long process!!! I've literally been transferred eight times to front desk that doesn't answer and then taking through a different "help/reservation" desks that aren't actually given the tools to be able to make the necessary changes. Btw, the reservation desk kept me on hold for 20 minutes while they "looked" at their systems. Then when the person came back on line they kept asking me for the same information I repeatedly gave to them. It's shocking that one desk can help you add a room but they can't remove a date because the front desk, that again was not answering calls, is the only area that can make changes. Hilton needs to serious review their systems and their LACK of proper customer service. read more

Don't be fooled this place is ghetto. Upon arrival it looks swank and hip but it is GHETTO. The lobby area is very nice and the check-in staff are really nice. The folks at the bell desk are also great as well. If you're an Orioles fan, this Hilton also has an enviable location right next to the ball park.(Otherwise there's not much around to do at night. But you can cab it up to Mount Vernon which is not too far away if you're looking for a bar or two) If you're on the right side of the hotel and are on a higher floor you can watch the game from your room. The Hilton Hhonors Gold lounge also serves good cookies and coffee. These are the nice things about the hotel. Here are the not so nice things: -key cards for rooms do not work well. You have to insert key, leave it in for about a second then slowly pull out. If you do it too fast you can't get into your room. -no 24 Hour room service....they stop at 11:00pm-WTF?????? -When we did order room service it took two hours....FOR WINGS!!! I will note that there was a convention so there were probably a lot of room service orders but that's what planning ahead is for. -I am supposed to have free wi-fi but I couldn't get a decent signal all weekend and their home page had trouble identifying me. -It was bad enough that I did not have my Double-A to iron my shirt for me, forcing me to do it myself. The iron leaked water out of the holes on the bottom so that instead of pressing my shirt, my shirt was soaked. -I paid $11 for a Stoli and soda but they were out of limes so I had to have lime juice in my $11 cocktail. If that doesn't go into Webster's dictionary as an example of the word "Ghetto" I don't know what does. Very disappointing experience. If you HAVE to stay here because of a convention (or a baseball game) come expecting to be underwhelmed. read more

The good: Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Beds were comfortable. Not much else to say. Not bad, but with a few issues... The bad: Room was a little worn down. Outlets were coming off the wall. Tub was impossibly small. Not enough towels (even when we asked for me). I also think they deflated the pillows before we got there. Way too flat. The ugly: No. Toilet. Paper. We ran out of TP (a valuable resource) given there wasn't much in the room to start, and they did not restock it when asked (or even after cleaning the room). One can NOT survive modern society without TP. It's magical. I can deal with a lot of things, but a distinct lack of TP is not one of them. read more

This is a 5 star hotel, but I gave it 3 star for a few reasons. First the good. Great location within walking distance of Inner Harbor and right across the street from Camden Yards. Very modern and very new and clean. Rooms are large and so are the bathrooms. Bedding was nice and comfy. Large flat screen TVs in the room and a view of Camden Yards if you get a room high enough. The bad: Parking is $26 a night. Got there at noon and tried to check in even though check in time was 3pm. Receptionist told us we could check in early for a $25 fee. That was a first for me!!!!! We did not check in early because all we were going to do was drop our bags in the room and go get lunch and walk around. Room was $180 which we got through priceline so I'm sure the regular rates are much higher. Internet is not included. About $7 an hour or $14 for a 24 hour period. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. The vending machine for soda did not work on the forth floor or the third floor. Finally found one that worked on the 2nd floor. This really is a business traveler hotel. Guess that is why everything is extra and nothing included. Businesses pay for all the extras. read more

Summary: This shook my faith in Hilton hospitality. I have a lot of experience at Hilton Hotels as traveling consultant, have stayed in many of their hotels in many countries. Loved them all. Then this experience shook my faith in Hilton hospitality. I was looking at the site as a potential wedding base: big block of rooms, bridal suite, and brunch for 120 guests - aka BIG money, and was treated poorly by the Director of Catering (no confirmation of visit, 30+ minute wait, constant checking of her blackberry during appointment, no follow-up on questions asked). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this spot for anyone planning a large event. Whole Story (likely only to interest brides and other event planners): My fiancee and I were considering using the Hilton Baltimore, Inner Harbor as our wedding party hotel block, bridal suite (overlooking Camden Yards), and brunch location. We had tried to make an appointment to view the suite and brunch venues and were directed by Sales Manager to make an appointment with the Director of Catering, Manager on Duty, let's call her M. M did not respond to our requests for an appointment via email the few days prior to our planned visit to Baltimore and as we were in the area visiting other wedding vendors, we dropped in at the Hilton anyways and spoke to concierge. They informed us that M had been notified we were there and would be down shortly. We waited over 30 minutes - during which time the concierge disappeared and we had no updates. When a different person came to the un-manned concierge desk, we explained our situation and he called M who was down in 5 minutes. M claimed not to have been notified of our arrival and did not recall being asked to have an appointment prior to our visit. Nor did she stop checking her Blackberry the entire 15 minutes we spent with her. She did not provide us with any pricing or catering details (we asked to see sample brunch options) nor did she offer to follow up with us on our questions. It has been 4 days since our visit and I don't think we will hear from her. Needless to say, this is not the sort of treatment I would expect from someone in hospitality, particularly when the customer is a HHonors Gold member looking to spend a few thousand dollars. All my experiences at Hiltons around the world have been top notch and this really disappoints. read more

High Points: Bell Hops are awesome! Very modern looking Hotel from the inside, great views of Baltimore. Low points: Messed up our reservation, the restaurant associated with them screwed up 2 meals, non existent customer service, unable to get anything right. My wife and I got married at Camden Yards... so it made sense to stay at the Hilton right across the street (right?).... never again. I'm done with Hilton. We are very low maintenance, we didn't ask for anything special, no arrangements, nada. We first thought the Hilton hooked us up! We were staying in a suite looking over the ballpark with a balcony. We had 2 bedrooms and a parlor (enough room for my wife and her party to get ready). We were thrilled!!!! The Hilton also asked for a photo of us so they would know who we were when we got there. OK! Thanks for making us feel like celebrities! But then we showed up..... They had no clue who we were, our rooms weren't ready at 2pm (which they said would not be a problem the day before and that morning), they gave my wife a hard time at check in saying I had to be there. It gets worse.... our suite wasn't as advertised. Turns out the parlor is considered a 2nd bedroom (hint... no bed...), that was a new one to me. When my wife called to correct the problem the front desk manager did take $100 a night off for the trouble. We supposedly got the mid level suite... I'd hate to see the entry level suite. Our room was not dusted, had a leaky sink in the parlor room and no frig anywhere in the suite. All in all our stay at the Hilton was lacking. We don't expect special treatment, but when you tell us "you're special" and then don't deliver.... bad on you. Also throughout the weekend the front desk was not staffed very well - long lines of customers and only 1 person at the front. They were not very friendly and kinda cold.... Never Again. Oh! If you've never stayed in downtown Baltimore before... after city and state tax - add $100 a night in taxes (ouch!). read more

Pros - Beautiful hotel with a great view of Camden Stadium - Very nice facilities for conferences Cons (Staff) - Fast-Food-like staff - Anything off the menu/script like resolving an incorrect charge lead to "deer in headlight" stares - Have little to no authority to resolve anything - Staff could easily be replaced by a kiosk - To their credit, they were courteous but not really empowered to provide above and beyond service read more

Other than the convenience of being close to the stadiums, there is no reason to stay at this hotel. I travel frequently, and have stayed in many Hilton hotels. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Hilton or any hotel for that matter. The customer service was terrible on all ends. Before booking my reservation I wanted to make sure that I would be able to do an early check-in. They said that I could, so I went ahead and made the reservation. They failed to inform me that there was a $25 fee for an early check in which is unnecessary and a complete rip off. I've never been charged for an early check in at any other hotel I've stayed in. It should be done as a courtesy if available. After after agreeing to pay the fee, we arrived at our room which was supposed to have harbor view, of course no view! Why would I specifically pay extra for a view only to open my curtains and see nothing. What really encouraged me to write this review was when I called the front and asked if I could get extra silverware sent up to my room. The woman told me to walk down and pick it up from the front desk! The next morning, I was woken up by housekeeping knocking on my door two different times after I had the "do not disturb" sign on my door. Finally, when I called to see if I could do a late check out, the desk said there would be an extra charge. Big surprise. When I asked to speak with the manager the front desk said they were going to transfer me and hung up instead. My boyfriend and I decided to stay at a different hotel the rest of our visit. It just wasn't worth it. 1 Star for the location... The hotel itself was mediocre and the service was unsatisfactory. read more

The only reason why I gave this hotel two stars and not one is because the hotel itself and the location is nice. Its walking distance from both the football and baseball stadiums. It has a great view of the Oriole Stadium from the gym. However, the customer service is almost the worst I have ever experienced. First, when we arrived at the hotel it was a very busy Friday night. There was only one person checking in guest until another receptionist reluctantly joined in to help. When I arrived at the counter I had my ID and membership card ready to give to him. He didn't want to read my awards number, so he asked me to read it for him. He acted like he was punching in the numbers, but I found out later it was all an act. He didn't enter my information at all! The following day I called to find out what floor the gym was on and she told me the first floor. This was FALSE information; the gym is on the 4th floor. I called the front desk again later on that night and asked to be connected to room service. Oh and FYI...anytime I had to call they never said "please hold, thank you or one moment"...They always seems bothered by the call. Anyway, I ordered my food, which had a bacon option; she informed me that they ran out that morning because a football team was staying there. I ordered the food anyway. After waiting over an hour I decided to call again. I told her when I had ordered and I wanted to go to bed. I was tired of waiting. She asked my room number, at first she was confused. She told me to hold and once she came back on the phone she said the server was on my floor. My $15 order was now $26 with fees. Needless to say I was very happy the day I checked out. This hotel was over $400 a night, yet the service was not up to par. I'm going to avoid staying here in the future. read more

Let me be clear--the 2 stars is relative to cost, expectations, and the Hilton brand. The hotel is huge, clean, and beautiful. If I had paid, say, $200 a night, I would give it 5 stars. Easily. The problem is I paid around $500 a night for a hotel directly overlooking Camden Yards in Baltimore's most tourist-friendly area. That's not a cheap room (although it's not a penthouse suite rate, either), and Baltimore is definitely not New York City. First off, the Internet was down for two days of my stay. Okay, so I'll read a book instead of browsing the Internet. That's just an inconvenience, albeit a quite large one nowadays. But it made doing any work completely impossible. They did offer the alternatives of sitting either in their noisy front lobby or in their cramped mailroom, both of which had working Internet. Not their fault, of course, but quite a damper on what I was hoping to be a simplified, relaxed work environment. Second, the rooms were small with very little in them. No mini-fridge, mini-bar, or microwave, and there was a dirty, difficult, unsynchronized alarm clock with awful speakers for your iPod. The shower had a curtain that was too high and only a thin rail that separated it from the rest of the bathroom. Every shower ended with water spilling everywhere. If I were paying a more modest rate, these are trivial problems not even worth mentioning. But given the cost, these were frustrating. Lastly, the maids knocked incessantly if I accidentally forgot to put up the 'Do Not Disturb' door hanger. It started around 9:00 and involved two mornings where maids walked in while I was wearing less than I would have hoped. (Even my cries of 'I'm here!' and 'Don't come in!' were to no avail.) I thought I was splurging to have a comfortable, stress-free stay at a hotel that takes pride in their hospitality. Instead, I felt like a guest at a quaint 2- or 3-star hotel who was practically being robbed blind. read more

I stayed here during Otakon 2009 (which seems silly since I live in Baltimore), and while the convention sucked (let's be honest, sometimes Otakon can suck), this hotel did not. The room was very comfortable, especially since it was just my boyfriend and I. The bed, oh my god, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful! The view from the room was also really nice. The staff at the hotel was surprisingly friendly to us. I've been too enough cons and checked in at enough hotels to know the staff usually gives con goers attitude. Maybe because he saw that both my boyfriend and I were from Baltimore? Or maybe because I had a scowl on my face, I don't know. But the staff was friendly. If I had a reason to stay there again, I would. read more

For me, the Hilton Baltimore will forever represent overly expensive, inattentive housekeeping and awful customer service. Choose another hotel. A) Their housekeeping staff is inattentive. Morning one, I discover no hair dryer in my room. Day two, the made up my room and failed to leave towels. Day three, failed to refresh the stash of in-room coffee. B) The hotel staff didn't care that housekeeping made so many mistakes! When I spoke to front desk staff about my issues, there was no apology, no "oh my gosh, I can't believe that. How can I make it right?" In fact, on the morning I was coffeeless, they wouldn't even give me a free cup of joe. C) My room was $289/night. For those prices, I expect stellar and I received mediocre. If you're in Baltimore for a convention, find yourself a different hotel. read more

(Stayed April 15-18, 2022; Rooms 457+1530) If I could give zero stars I would because this is the worst stay I've ever had and I've stayed at many hotels. 1. When we arrived at Baltimore and tried to reach Hotel, streets were blocked due to Orioles game, but no where on website does it mention possibility of this or alternate directions to reach Hotel. 2. Reached hotel and parking was full. Staff sent us to another Hotel to park and their lot was full. Finally found a place to park approx. 4 blocks away. 3. At check-in, no double-bed rooms available even though that's what I reserved and was checking in on time. Same discussion was being had with another guest checking in next to me and their party was a couple and 4 children ranging in ages 4-12. Offered a king bed and a cot. 4. Unable to sleep that night had difficulty breathing. I didn't understand why. I discover Hotel is Pet friendly. (Note: Staying at this hotel because event I was attending was here.) 5. I go to front desk ask for a room change due to pet allergy only to find out they DO NOT have any rooms designated pet free. Front desk person states it's a possibility new room no better. 6. Room changed from 4th floor to 15th floor. I grab a luggage cart to make change over. Go to room and leave luggage cart outside of room and 5 mins later it was gone. I decide to move stuff in several trips, but when I try to return to 4th floor my key had been deactivated. (When on elevator you need a key to access your specific floor). I go back to front desk to explain situation and the staff was rude indicating obviously I wouldn't be able to access 4th floor since my room was changed to 15th floor. I said I'd just take stairs if he directed me to where they were. He said no I could not they were for fire only and he would call security for me to wait by elevator. 15th floor slightly better, but not by much. I couldn't wait to leave this Hotel and I spent as much time as I could out of room and barely slept entire weekend. 7. At pool area.. Hot tub caused throat and eyes to burn. We figured it had too much chlorine once we saw water bleach the towels. We were in hot tub less than 3 mins. 8. When checking-out we requested a luggage cart and waited over an hour. We were told three times during that hour we were getting one, but that never happened. We lugged everything again in several trips. 9. I received a text from Kelly on one day and Bria another asking how my stay was going so far (seems like standard practice.) I texted back it's been the worst experience and I would discuss with someone if they were truly concerned. They replied someone would reach out to me and that never happened. I was never offered anything from front desk staff, not even an apology. 10. During my stay a new hire named Chris was pleasant as he walked me to the bathroom I was trying to locate. The luggage attendant named Monique was kind and apologetic, but something tells me she spends her days apologizing for Hilton's inadequacies. 11. I think Hilton should take their own advice etched on their mirrors, "Why be less... when you can B'more" read more

Big city Hiltons generally don't disappoint, and this one is no exception. I stayed three nights, non-consecutive, and have no complaints. Yeah, the parking is too expensive (as are all downtown hotels), and room service was too expensive (ditto), so is the wifi (ditto) but if you're looking for cheap you don't stay at a Hilton... The room service itself was very good. The wifi was fast. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. The lobby is quite big and inviting, rare for a downtown hotel. The location is fantastic if you're doing something at the Convention Center or Camden Yards, and very good if you're headed to the inner Harbor. Why only four stars, instead of five? Because the damn building blocks the view of the Baltimore skyline from Camden Yards! That view was one of the reasons they built the stadium there, and left centerfield open. For that, I can never forgive the Hiltons... read more

Me and my boyfriend had checked in for another day & we left a few items in the room - cash( couple hundred) food , drinks and liquor ( top shelf ). When we came back into the room later that day, Come to find out house keeping stole all of that . While they took it they didn't even finish cleaning up the room all the way. They didn't leave any new towels or tighten up , no new soaps and lotions or anything. They were trying to get out of there. After we filed the report someone told us it would be handled the next day . And they keep pushing it back . And now they can't do anything for us.... btw executive room is small and the showers water pressure sucks . It's like you have a bath and a shower at the same time. Was here recently for a weekend stay and loved every inch of this hotel. It's brand new, has an oceanic theme, the colors that stood out to me were orange and blue, they were rich and warm. It's located on the main street with the Orioles stadium in the back. It's in walking distance of the ball park and 10 minutes down is the Inner Harbor where the main attractions are. The hotel has a pool and gym. The pool was small and narrow, but I could see it from my room and went when it wasn't crowded. I had a view of the ballpark which was great, they have rooms with better views that cost extra, but they totally hooked me up. I initially had a room with a horrible view because I requested a king bed. They moved me to a larger room, it faced the stadium and I got my bed! I got to watch games both nights I was there from the luxury of my room. Granted we couldn't see all the plays but it was just super cool. Walking to the Inner Harbor couldn't be easier. Note: the restaurants right around the hotel are a rip off. You really have to look around, but the one closest to it was ridiculously expensive and the items on the menu were not special at all. The hotel parking is a rip off, but luckily there are 24 hr available parking lots in the area at a fraction of the cost. I got a great deal off of priceline to stay here, highly recommend it! read more

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor - Hotels Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

The best part of this hotel was the fact that it was only about 3 weeks old. So everything was new and very nice looking. However they really did a number on the carpet in the hallways... Gross. It was like this orange, green, yellow, brown combination that made you feel dizzy to the point where you thought "Hey if I throw up on it maybe no will even notice." But other than the terrible carpet the hotel was very nice. The rooms were a good size for a downtown type hotel and the bed was soooo comfortable. I'm pretty sure we could have laid in it all day, but it was such a beautiful day we couldn't stay inside. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which always makes the stay that much better. So overall it was a nice hotel in a great location. Especially if you are going to a Ravens or Oriels game because the stadiums are basically across the street. read more

Walking Distance to Ball Park & Inner Harbor Restaurants and Sights. Very nice hotel, Good Staff, Very nice Concierge Lounge that offers Breakfast, Lunch, and (Snacks & Drinks 24/7). Not a Fancy, but a Clean Room with Nice Views. Would Stay here again. I strongly suggest the Concierge Upgrade if available. I also suggest walking a couple blocks to M & S grill for their Happy Hour Specials. Enjoy, Chef Gary Curry read more

Came here for a conference. Had an average stay. Would probably not willingly stay here again and here's why: - My boss was nice enough to book a king bed for me. We get there and they tell us they ran out. - The room itself was nice and clean, but for their rates it's kind of ridiculous. I stayed at a holiday inn that looked exactly like this room. - Charging guests for Wi-Fi is absolutely absurd! - I hate hotels that don't have late night eats. I'll settle for a vending machine. Everything in here closes way too early. But all of it wasn't bad: - I had a great view of Camden Yards. - The bartender Hashim was a peach. - It's a great location. Was able to get to much public transportation from here. read more

Exactly like the Hilton in Milwaukee, except it's a newer building. Towels the same, bedding, toiletries, coffee are all the same. Great location if you are going to a conference at the nearby conference center. Nothing horrible, nothing wonderful - just a Hilton. Wait - this is one of the first hotels I have stayed at that the housestaff actually say hello when you walk passed them. Very cordial, very polite. Kudos ladies on Floor 4!! read more

I stayed here for 3 nights and paid $140 a night during a recent conference held in the hotel. As such, my cost-to-value ratio should be taken into account considering how much more some other reviews paid for their stay, and how much higher expectations would be at those rates. The lobby is modern and airy, and the conference spaces/ballrooms are as well. The hotel in general seems to have been built fairly recently. The front desk was quick and the bell station was kind enough to loan me an umbrella on rainy days while I was there. The concierge was polite but both times I asked for food recommendations they quickly pointed me to the Diamond Tavern- the hotel restaurant. The area around the hotel seems tourist friendly- several restaurants and bars within a few blocks from the conference center. My double queen bed room was clean and modern, with a large window, a desk and a good size flat screen tv. The dresser drawers kept popping open though, and I almost tripped over it one night. The bathroom was also clean and modern, which was important to me. The walls seemed sufficiently thick too. I avoided the housekeeping drama mentioned by other reviewers by leaving the do-not-disturb sign on the door until I left the room. Overall I had a pleasant stay, and it was a convenient walk to the inner harbor area after the conference. My biggest complaint about the hotel though is not necessarily their fault- it was the lack of breakfast places close by. Lunch and dinner places abound, but not so much breakfast. There is a Starbucks about 4 blocks away but that was about it, unless you're willing to spend $15-20 for an just an average breakfast at the Diamond Tavern. read more

I was there for a week for a conference a couple of weeks ago (July 2013). My 13-year-old son accompanied me. PROS * GREAT location across the street from Camden Yards if you're an Orioles fan (I am). The gym looks out right into the field, so on the night I didn't attend a game, I was able to watch it while working out and sitting on the terrace. * Very close to the Inner Harbor, the Aquarium, and other sites. * Nice room, comfortable beds. * Had room service one morning, and it was excellent. I requested a 7:30-8:00am time frame, and there was a knock on the door at exactly 7:30! Food was hot and delicious. * The Sunday brunch staff at the Diamond Tavern was awesome! MIDDLE OF THE ROAD * Front desk staff and concierge were polite and helpful, but just answered my questions. Didn't offer any additional info or assistance above and beyond what I was asking. (Example: To concierge, "Do you have a weekend schedule for the MARC trains?" Answer: "The MARC trains don't run on weekends." End of conversation. Had to keep asking questions regarding options to get to DC on the weekends.) * I asked front desk for a room on a higher floor, and we were put on the 4th floor. * Clock in room was two and a half hours off, and in-room safe didn't work. CONS * No mini fridge in room. * Several homeless people right outside the hotel leaning against the walls. I have no problem helping someone, getting them some food, etc., but many of these people were very aggressive (high/drunk). One three occasions, I was walking past someone and they called out to me. I continued to walk and they started screaming at me, demanding that I "get back here." It was starting to scare my son. One of these times, about a block from the hotel, two people were walking towards us, one of them pushing a shopping cart. As they passed us, the one with the shopping cart quickly pushed it toward us, like he was "joking" and about to slam it into us. * My beefs were mostly with housekeeping. One time, I had to retrieve something from my room for a meeting that was about to begin. The housekeeping cart was right in front of my door, blocking it. Also, the door was closed. You ALWAYS clean rooms with the door wide open, and never lock yourself inside. I had to push the cart away and open the door. At that point, the housekeeper got annoyed that I was entering the room (just what was she doing??) and said she was cleaning it now. I apologized, but said I needed something important. * Another time, I came back and found that the housekeeper just basically made the beds and changed the towels. Did not restock any of the shampoos, lotion, or coffee packets and cups. Also left a plate of dirty dishes with crumbs all over the table. I called downstairs and explained the situation. I had to get to a meeting, but when I got back, whoever came just brought a bunch of shampoos and lotion and tossed them on the bathroom counter (instead of placing them on the tray). Didn't restock the coffee and still left the dirty dishes. * Yet another day, the housekeeper didn't even START cleaning the room until 5:30PM! I've never had a room cleaned that late. I understand that maybe they were short-staffed that day or something, but both my son and I had to shower and change for an evening event. We both also needed to use the bathroom to answer an urgent call. The housekeeper just replied, "I'll be done in about 15 minutes or so." We had to use the bathroom in the men's locker room at the gym, and then stand there and wait so we could shower and change to go out. (It was longer than 15 minutes.) read more

I stayed at the Hilton Baltimore for a conference in March 2012. The staff was very friendly and the lobby/hotel had a funky modern decor. The conference took place in the event rooms that were connected to the hotel, so staying there was very convenient. As other reviewers mentioned, the parking was a bit much ($28 a night). I think they should comp at least one night for guests. Our room was on the 11th floor in the corner. The room was very small, but the bed was pretty comfortable. read more
