The pillows were Ok! That's the bar now, but they weren't super flat and lifeless. The bed was comfy and got a good night's sleep. That and the staff are the main reasons for 5 stars. This hotel was connected to the Convention Center which was awesome for a chilly day in Baltimore. The 2nd floor meeting area had great views of the baseball park and if there was a game this would be a super convenient hotel for staying close. You can even make your way to Jimmy John's (about a block away) without even going outside, which was a nice break from conference food. Great on a cold or rainy day to stay indoors. read more

Our stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor exceeded expectations. One of the highlights was the restaurant experience. Chef Northan prepared an outstanding breakfast each morning and was incredibly accommodating to the specific way I requested my meal. He was warm, personable, and took pride in both his work and the hotel, sharing that he has been part of the Hilton Baltimore team for 17 years. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The hotel's location could not be better for anyone visiting Baltimore, especially for baseball fans. It is an easy walk to the stadium, and the gym even offers a direct view of the ballpark. The fitness center itself was also excellent and very well maintained. The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive, the coffee shop was excellent, and the overall location made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. This was a five-star experience from beginning to end, and I would absolutely stay here again read more

This was my first time in Baltimore and I really enjoyed the scenery and location of this hotel. It is directly across from the football stadium and baseball stadium so if you are in town and wanting to spend some time at sports games/events, then this is most definitely a convenient hotel to stay at. I would assume they also use the stadium for concerts as well. It is a very walkable city and lots of different restaurants and shops for you to take advantage of. Overall, my stay at this hotel was good - customer service wise. I do thing the actual hotel room was a little rundown in comparison to how the general areas such as the lobby in eateries are in the hotel. You can tell that those specific areas are a little bit more renovated and modern, whereas the hotel rooms may need some updating. It wasn't the worst I've ever seen, however. The sink didn't have a stopper so that was a little concerning whenever we would get ready in that area since it was such a small space and there was no other counter space in the bathroom we had to be very mindful to ensure that we didn't drop anything. The toilet easily clogged which I was able to report and I'm sure they rectified it upon my checkout date. And I do believe the curtains need to be replaced as there was slight damage to that. The bed was comfortable the sheets seems clean, and overall I enjoyed the view that we had from our specific room. Overall, it wasn't a bad say I would maybe consider staying here again, especially if they do update their rooms. read more

Great location to the stadium and convenient to the public transportation. The room is spacious with a comfy sofa, but not that good in Hilton Honors members benefits - no lodge, no late check out for Diamond members. read more

I have to say the staff who work there are wonderful. a big shout out to Linda L, who upon check out help to resolve Some issues I had during my stay. she was friendly and open to helping withas things did not go smoothly when I first arrived. she made good acknowledging the challenges experienced when I arrive. Issues were: My safe was locked and My TV did not work. I needed two people to fix two issues. I also needed to work with housekeeping as there were hair in my shower and it was not mine. I will say they corrected everything And I will definitely return. Daniel C. At the front desk also deserves a shout out. He was also friendly, and customer service oriented to help me extend my late check up as I was attending a conference. The hotel rooms were very nice. The beds are comfy and the amenities if you want to eat there are all good quality. Overall great experience. read more

Other than experiencing being in the middle of a police take down as we unloaded our luggage (not of us) and a rude bartender we had a great stay. The room was nice, but no closet or luggage rack. The front desk, security staff and coffee shop were all great. But what really allowed me to give it four stars was location, location and location. It is literally across the street from Camden Yards and within walking distance of Inner Harbor, the Aquarium, and so much more. The parking at first seemed a little pricey, but after staying at several other hotels along the way on our trip, we soon learned it was actually VERY reasonable. If we were to ever go back to visit Baltimore again we would easily choose the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor as our place to stay! read more

I have stayed here twice so far, and actually canceled my stay down the street at Hampton Inn, another Hilton property. There is a Starbucks in the main lobby and a restaurant/bar that has a buffet which was quite good. The service at the buffet both times was not great, but all you can eat of what you want to eat for $25 is pretty good. There is a pool and fitness center on premises which I didn't get a chance to visit. On both visits I had an awesome view of Camden Yard 1st base, once on the 17th floor and then on the 16th floor for my second visit. I have book marked this as a favorite place to stay when I am in Baltimore. It is priced a little higher than some of the other Hilton properties, but in my opinion worth it. read more

I have really enjoyed my mini vacation along with my conference this weekend here at The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. My room was beautiful, the fitness center is huge, and the breakfast amazing! I prepaid for breakfast during my stay, and each day has been so nice. My last day, my server Thomas was super nice and attentive. I went to the omelette station and met Chef Norman who made me an amazing egg white omelette! It was so delicious and filling! I highly recommended this hotel and restaurant! read more

My second visit staying at the harbor, we spent a well deserved weekend for my birthday and the comic convention connected to hotel. The building has a gym, sauna and pool. Highlight for why I stay and a great staff always attentive especially with my lil ones. A safe hotel for families and large groups, they host meetings in their private hall too. Very discreet and calm atmosphere. They have a main bar/restaurant area located in the far left of the lobby. It turns into breakfast, lunch & dinner, so most of your meals will be there. I highly recommend getting breakfast included, nothing is worse than looking for food in the morning. Prices are high in any tourist area, so keep that in mind while budgeting the in-betweens. As a rewards member for the hotel, I received perks and a small gift box for staying with them! read more

Danney was great. The service was very good and welcoming and quick and enjoyable. The hotel is great.

Nice hotel Well located Clean rooms and cleaned daily Near many restaurants Near light rail Entrance street is under construction, so that causes a little bit of a confusion. Also some confusion while we were trying to leave in the morning to get a cab. read more

This hotel does not meet their commitments and I would recommend staying elsewhere--there are plenty of hotels in the immediate area. We reserved, and paid extra for, a room with stadium view. When we arrived, the surly front desk agent told us they didn't have a stadium view for us. No compensation offered, not even lowering the price to the level of a room without stadium view. But, we could talk to management. It took a heated discussion with management to get the price differential back. If this hotel is going to intentionally overbook, they need a plan to compensate those who are bumped out of the category booked. They don't i.e. its a poorly run hotel that should be avoided. read more

Very easy check in.... Parking garage fills quickly if you're attending an event. I paid $70 to park for 2 days :-/. Rooms very clean. Was here to attend a dance convention. They have a nice convention area in the hotel . Also walking distance from the convention center as well as oriole park. You have the option of a room facing orioles stadium in which you can watch the game. How lovely would fireworks be from your room window.... Overall I was pleased with the staff, rooms, and event. read more

I attended a Medicare conference. First conference where there was no water or coffee available for attendees except to shop at the coffee / food shop on first floor. The lines were ridiculously long just because there was no other options for coffee, water or any food. After waiting in a 25 minute line, they did not have coffee, I had to wait and their fruit...apples and bananas were rotten. They forced an 18, 20 or 22% tip for this disaster. This manager must be totally inept and should be fired. No excuse for 2 days of this. read more

This hotel is getting a lot of negative reviews. Unsure why. I guess individual experiences. We just spent a single night here. It was wonderful. From check-in to the room to breakfast to the hotel location, it was all great. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were the only people we engaged with and they were all friendly and helpful. Our room (18th floor with a stadium view -- see my picture) was really nice. Not huge but easily large enough that my wife and I never had to bump into each other. Breakfast at Pendulum was great. Buffet with an omelet guy. Expensive but right there so very easy to get to. I hope that more people have positive experiences like us, and leave more positive reviews. This hotel is just not bad at all. read more

The towels were hard. Felt like sand paper. The towels looked dingy not white. The towels were coming apart from the edges. There were no linings in the trash cans. No extra roll of toilet tissue. On the first night I wanted to use the one of the drinking glasses in the room. One glass had water already in it. That tells me the room could not have been cleaned properly if the drinking glass had what I believed to be water in it that I did not put in it. This was the first time in years that I saw an actual old fashion bath tub in a hotel bathroom. The tub did not have an anti-slip mat inside of it. There was no mat available outside of the tub when you get out so your feet would not be on the actual floor. Again, a slipping hazard.I needed to call the front desk and the telephone was dirty. I simply was not happy with this room at all. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels, this experience was the first negative stay for me. read more

A Fantastic Staycation Experience Although I frequent Baltimore often, a staycation was in order -- and I'm so glad it was at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. My stay at the hotel was amazing from start to finish. The meal at the hotel's restaurant, Pendelum, was a highlight -- the salmon was absolutely top tier. I also really appreciated the complimentary drink from Pratt & Perk, a nice touch that added to the overall experience. One unexpected perk was the view from the 4th-floor workout room. I was able to get my workouts in while watching the Orioles play live at the stadium -- two nights in a row -- all without the cost or chaos of dealing with game-day crowds. I'll definitely be looking into the hotel's conference rentals for future events. Highly recommend this spot for locals and visitors alike! read more

I stayed at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor for three nights during a recent conference. While the property offers some clear advantages--especially clean rooms and excellent conference facilities--overall, the experience fell short of Hilton's usual standard, particularly in terms of service and attention to detail. Rooms & Housekeeping: The rooms are modern and well-appointed, but there's a noticeable lack of attention to detail. For instance, the bathroom lacked an enlarged mirror, which is especially helpful for makeup or grooming. More inconveniently, the cold water faucet on my sink didn't work at all initially. Maintenance was prompt and professional, though I had to call them twice, as the first fix didn't hold. Another oddity: the hotel only provides one roll of toilet paper at a time and doesn't restock until it's completely gone--an unnecessarily restrictive approach for a full-service hotel. That said, the room was kept very clean, and housekeeping staff did a great job. Service: The front desk team was excellent--courteous, welcoming, and efficient. Unfortunately, this level of service was not consistent throughout the hotel. Staff at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf were consistently rude and impatient, even when dealing with a system outage that required room charges. The bartenders seemed unsure of what wines were available and did not present themselves professionally. The restaurant staff, as well as those in the gift shop, came across as untrained and at times outright dismissive--something I've never experienced at other Hilton locations. Restaurant: Dining at the hotel restaurant was hit or miss. One dinner was actually quite good--well-prepared and enjoyable. However, on other occasions, the food was borderline inedible and had to be sent back. While mistakes can happen, the inconsistency in food quality and service suggests a lack of proper oversight or culinary standards. It's disappointing, especially when options outside the hotel are limited due to time constraints during conferences. Facilities: The conference areas were a strong point--comfortable, modern, and well-run, making it easy to focus on business. In contrast, the lobby furniture looked dated and worn, detracting from the overall impression of the space. Final Thoughts: This property isn't aiming to be a boutique hotel, which is fine--but even as a conference-focused Hilton, it needs significant improvements in staff training, service consistency, and basic amenities. While I'd consider returning for a business event purely due to the conference facilities and location, this would not be my first choice for a personal stay. read more

Spent a night here for a little mini get away to Baltimore. It wasn't a game night but the we upgraded the room to have the view of the stadium which was really cool. To me this is a conference hotel, and for one of those, it's solid! Service was good across the board. Check in and out was a smooth process. It was easy enough to call down and schedule cleaning for the next day or just to ask for extra towels/coffee was needed. Standard room was pretty spacious and didn't feel cramped for one person. AC system worked great! Bed/pillows were comfortable but the bedding was thin and not very warm. Bathroom was a good size, shower head had great pressure and amenities (Crabtree and Evelyn) were pretty good! Towels were so so quality and they only give you two, so I was constantly requesting more towels. In terms of food options, the coffee bean and tea leaf was very convenient but often really slow. They also don't have cold brew, and when I asked, they didn't know what it was. The bar/restaurant Pendulum 401 surprised me in terms of food quality and service! Service was phenomenal. At one point I got additional French fries brought to me because they felt the first go around was not enough. I really loved the crab cake sandwich and the fries were delicious! I like the location of this hotel near the stadium but that's about all that's good about this location. To get to the food restaurants, it's either a long walk or short taxi ride. Not a huge deal but not super walkable. read more

New management is Amazing. I had an amazing experience at Telltale, located inside the Sonesta Hotel in Baltimore, MD and yes, it's open to the public! The moment I stepped in, I was pulled into the Edgar Allan Poe inspired ambiance dim lights, cozy seating, and a touch of mystery that makes it perfect for date night or a classy dinner with friends. The customer service was exceptional Tayvone, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and checked on every table personally. Dorothy was such a sweetheart and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Shoutout to Chef Jerome for such flavorful dishes. This was a great experience from start to finish. So for me when I read a review what I really want to know is if the person writing the review will actually go back and do business again with this particular establishment and the answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!! So I am a Hilton HHonors member, I have been since 1999. I have stayed at over 2000 Hilton hotels and I'm a fan of the brand Hilton however I usually don't stay at Hilton hotels because I think that they are too big and I think that there is a challenge for the management to run a huge hotel and truthfully at the end of the day I think the smaller Hilton brands give you better service. However, that is not the situation at the Baltimore Inner Harbor Hilton. The location of this particular hotel is amazing, right across the street from the Oriole Stadium. The manager in the staff are very good at checking you in and getting you to your room swiftly and quickly. The bar staff was great and let me tell you this place was super crazy busy because of the baseball game across the street. There was also like 1500 teenagers here for a volleyball tournament that literally took over the hotel and again the staff at this particular location has been trained by an amazing manager. Our room was fantastic, we had a view of the baseball stadium and a view of the old Camden Yard Buildings, I absolutely loved everything about my stay this weekend at this particular hotel. If y'all would allow me to give a business six stars I would give this particular hotel six stars and not even blink. If you decide to come to the Baltimore area specially if you're going to a Baltimore baseball game or football game for that matter I highly recommend you stay at this Hilton hotel . read more

I stayed here for a conference and the room I had was overlooking the skyline facing Marriott across the street. I like that they have the sauna and indoor lap pool aside from the workout equipment available in the fitness center. There is also a rooftop place on the 4/f where you can hang out and view the baseball field. The front desk staff I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. Conference rooms are nice and in just one floor. I only wish they'd allow late checkout, i.e., later than noon, without extra charge. My room was at the end of the hallway on the 14/f and I didn't like that the housekeeper kept interrupting me re cleaning services whenever she catches me leaving the room and rushing to my meetings, but I know she's just doing her job so I'm keeping the 5 stars. read more

Traveled here for a quick 2 day conference. The lobby area is really nice and spacious. I was a bit surprised how dark the hallways are leading to the room, it felt almost unsafe to be that dimly lit. The room was okay, bed was not very comfortable, the lotion dispenser was empty and overall atmosphere was dark, just like the hallways. On the positive, location can't be beat. Right next to Camden Yards and in the heart of the Inner Harbor. The views from the gym and pool are gorgeous. The gym is adequate and pool was very impressive, one the largest lap style pools I have ever seen at a hotel. It was fine for the time spent but details are lacking, especially at the price point. Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property and to request a full refund. Upon arrival, the room was visibly dirty, and the bathtub was especially unsanitary. The overall cleanliness did not meet even basic standards. In addition, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the area, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable. The noise level was unacceptable. There were people going in and out of rooms throughout the night, arguing loudly in the hallways, which made it impossible to rest. I also experienced a serious safety concern when I became stuck in the elevator. This was both frightening and unacceptable. When I brought these issues to management's attention, I was met with rudeness and a lack of consideration. There was no meaningful effort to resolve the situation or accommodate the inconvenience and distress caused. This experience fell far below reasonable hospitality standards, and certainly below what I paid for and expected. Given the cleanliness issues, safety concern, and lack of professional response from management, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Sincerely, Jen Martinez read more

I visited for a conference and stayed for a week (7 nights). I had a suite (19th floor) to accommodate work meetings. The rooms were spacious with modern decor and an amazing views of the city.
