We had the Mac & cheese bites as an appetizer. There is a burger with Mac and cheese bites on it which I heard is really good but I didn't want to have too much of a good thing. The waiter recommended an onion and jam burger even though I told him that I didn't like onions. He said there weren't any onion pieces in there so I took his word. The burger had a light, sweet and very tasty flavor. It didn't need any ketchup. The rest of the family had burgers and chicken fingers and everything was good. We both ordered Caesar salads with buffalo chicken fritters, and the chicken fritters were absolutely DISGUSTINGLY salty. We literally could not eat them. At first, we wondered if maybe we were just being overly sensitive to the salt, so we asked the other person we were eating with to try them. Everyone agreed that they were excessively salty and essentially inedible. In fact, one person actually spit it out after tasting it. Unfortunately, we ordered takeout, so we weren't able to send the food back or have it corrected. It was especially frustrating to spend money on food that we simply couldn't eat. I'm hoping this was just an off night, because my son has had really good experiences here before. But the amount of salt in these chicken fritters was far beyond what would be considered acceptable, and I felt it was important to mention it. Like the other reviewer said, it was so terrible it was impressive.
