Any medical visit is not my favorite pass time due to dealing with the insurance companies and referrals etc.... But I will say the staff here makes it a welcoming visit. First visit a month ago was a consult with primary Dentist/owner. He was very understanding of my dentist anxiety & hygienist was great with X-rays and video. Second visit today. Dr Williams was excellent today! My dental hygienist is also amazing I want to say Angelica. (I hope that is her name) Two fillings & new cap .. they insured I had no pain & felt at ease. Watched tv and had headphones during full process. The one downfall is they could not get me in for cleaning until Dec which means they are very busy. So best to schedule after first visit & keep appointments as they book as far out as my hairdresser. I do highly recommend them as so far the cost has not given me any heart palpitations like my former dental office. Honest, genuine and professional service. read more

I have been to many dentist. I must say this place by far is the best I've been to. My dentist (dr Baltz ) was the best. Nevaeh made me very comfortable and kept me from freaking out. Not only did they get me in at a few hours notice they took great care of me and I really appreciate them for that. This will be my primary dentist from here on out. My previous Dentist had a business model that favored making money above excellent patient care. This office is much different as excellent patient care is the norm. On this visit I saw Dr. Williams and the dental assistant Angelica. Angelica did an excellent job of prepping me and my tooth for the permanent crown. (Two weeks before Angelica and Dr. Williams were fantastic prepping my tooth to replace a very old crown that had fallen out.) Dr. Williams made sure the crown fit perfectly and looked good in my mouth. Since I can't have implants due to a medical condition both Dr. Williams and Angelica took heroic efforts to save the tooth. I greatly appreciate the work they did and I appreciate the entire staff of this office. read more

They have provided same day additional services which I appreciate due to my schedule compared to other offices were I would have to reschedule at a different time/date. I recently went into Highpoint Dental to receive a new crown and bridge - not a small job; and we are actually talking two crowns and a bridge. Not exactly a procedure you look forward to - but from the very beginning, the staff, dental assistants, and of course - Dr. Baltz -were all fantastic. They know what they're doing. They work hard to make you comfortable, and explain what's going to happen. When I came in for my new crown/bridge, Hazel - Dr. Baltz's "Expanded Duty Dental Assistant," took care of me. The Dental Assistant/Hygienists are professional, knowledgeable and take into account any issues you may have. They are also very personable and get to know you. When I came to Dr baltz my teeth were in bad shape. I understand I was not an open and shut case and when I first starting going there Dr Baltz seemed to be very interested in helping me. When I found out the cost of everything he "needed" to do for me, I took a chance and at the advise of the office manger at the time, I used care credit with my parent as a co signer. $7,000 and some change later because according to the office manger nothing was cover for by insurance? They would preform treatments then tell me the cost afterwards, to this day the office is still trying to get money from me for treatments done. At first Dr Baltz was sympathetic to me but as time went on and when I told h were not right he literally threw his up and gave up on me. He told me, "I don't know what else I can do for you." So I walked out of the door that day in dispar because I figured I was a lost cause. I feel extremely conned by Dr baltz and his office manger. I feel as though when he bought the practice he needed a way to get it up going and me and my family were going to make that happen. He also was no longer sympathetic to my situation after he bought the practice. I constantly wonder if the work I had done was actually as necessary as he said it was and I sacrifice my dental health on a daily basis because he had told me there was nothing else he could do for me and I lost all faith in dentist that day. read more

I'm so glad I found this dentist office! Dr. Singh is an amazing dentist. I've spent about 10 hours here over the past 2 months as a new patient getting work done on my teeth. Dr. Singh is super friendly and professional. The dental assistants are also very nice. Shout out to Lynette for being hilarious. You can really tell they all really care about their patients and the quality of their work. I am particularly grateful because I have a small mouth and a strong tongue which made it difficult for previous dentists to work on my mouth but Dr. Singh and her team looked forward to the challenge and made my teeth feel so much better. I've just had the best dental cleaning experience at High Point Dental. Love the new office renovation, but mostly the customer service, from the ladies in the front desk as Paige, to the doctors Dr Baltz. My experience today was mostly enjoyable with Lan who cleaned my teeth today, Lan is such a wonderful person, she not only catered to my appointment needs but also felt and expressed sympathy with my anxiety. When I ask to watch Netflix during the cleaning, she went above and beyond to make it work, she also disinfected the sun glasses she put on me, she let me use a neck pillow, she did everything to make me feel at easy and was fast and efficient THANK YOU LAN! read more

Be aware of unnecessary dental work. My first visit I had a cleaning and x-rays and everything from the doctors inspection came back great, no cavities. Then they pulled up the x-Ray and showed me these little almost imperceptible shadows, and they recommended filling them right away preventative. They failed to inform me that cavities can heal themselves with proper care. Their recommendation of thousands of dollars in work upset me and I got a second opinion. A year later no cavities and no work done. I hate writing bad reviews but I hate more the thought of unnecessary dental work causing long term teeth issues and taking your money. Dr. Baltz did an excellent job fixing a tooth that I had experienced many issues with previously. After a failed crown and root canal, I was evaluated by Dr. Baltz for the final step. He did a phenomenal job on the extraction and implant. I had a large amount of fear for dental procedures after the previous issues with this tooth that had failed. He kept me informed during the process and provided a thorough explanation of what to expect during the procedure. His expertise, friendliness, and professionalism were top notch. I moved here from out of state with my son and my husband. The staff was amazing. But they are going to tell you they need to seal your tooth and make you think you have a cavity, but you don't! They said my son had 2 cavities, one on each side. I got a second opinion and he didn't have any cavities. They will rob you at every appt. read more

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and friendly service from the receptionists. They are always willing to answer any questions that I have regarding my dental care. This is the WORSE doctor office I have ever been too. DO NOT GO!! THE DOCTOR IS OVER WORKED Dr. BALTZ. I received a bill and he did nothing and they try to get me to get more x-rays when I brought my endo x-rays in to them so I guess he try to charge for something but he literally spent if 2 minutes with me and then came back and told me he don't want to do it but to pull my tooth he didn't even look at my tooth. I decdied after that out of the head diagnosis and the pressure to take more xrays that this was not the office for me Oh I received a $91 bill and he DID LITERALLY NOTHING. Then tells his finance person that he can give me a complimentary flouride, like PLEASE. NO THANKs!!! Dont say yo have not been warned about this money hungry office. read more

Highpoint got me in quickly for an exam, discussed payment and financing options and got me in for a crown and 2 filings quickly. Staff was super nice and the Dr Rowe was great! Horrible office staff. Office manager repeatedly lied to my wife about trying to get ahold of me for payment of $47. They had my wrong address and my wrong phone number on file, even after I corrected it multiple times. They tried to tell me my grind guard would cost me $900 When my wife had the audacity to complain about their "office practices", the office manager got into a SHOUTING MATCH with her on the phone. I was referred to Dr. Rowe by my family dentist in Michigan. I needed someone local-ish to Denver, and at the time, I didn't live too far away from Highpoint. I moved farther away nearly 6 years ago (about 35 minutes away), but have continued to make the longer trek to Highpoint Dental Care because I'm more than satisfied with the care they provide and I see no reason to go elsewhere. I've now been seeing Dr. Baltz and it's a pleasant experience every time. I always feel like he's on my side and that he wants to come up with a course of action that I feel comfortable with. He won me over when I made the decision to remove my "permanent" retainer that was given to me when I was 12 (and I don't even remember that being MY decision). Seems simple enough, but not so much. I had to discuss options for a removable retainer, what was going to happen when I removed the permanent retainer, what to expect during the procedure, etc. I had so many questions - went around and around - and Dr. Baltz answered everything patiently and let me take my time coming to a decision. I FREAKED out the day of the procedure, and everyone was so kind and patient with me. Now I'm dealing with a finicky filling and before deciding on a root canal, I've decided to do a re-fill of the filling hoping that the 3rd time is a charm. I feel like Dr. Baltz is working with me to make sure we've done everything we can before deciding on a root canal (which I'm hoping to avoid). I appreciate his attempt to give it some more time and work with my root, which seems to be viable, by offering this option. I find the staff to be friendly and more than helpful. Allyson and Kim are always on top of everything and super friendly. I feel like they do have concern over the fact that I don't have dental insurance, and are careful to make sure I'm fine with any cost before I agree to treatments/procedures. I've had several hygienists over the years, but most recently I've been seeing Jen (pretty sure that's her name). She's awesome (as is everyone else I've seen), and I'll continue to stick with her as long as she's there and I'm able to schedule appointments on days she's in. Overall, very satisfied and have only had 5* experience here. Would recommend without hesitation. read more

I looked at reviews to see what was going to be the best and least terrifying dental office to go to. I am so glad that I went to Highpoint Dental. I called today and they got me in right away. They were so sweet and helpful over the phone. When I arrived I had the pleasure of meeting Sharice who was so sweet, funny, and great at her job. Also super personal and made me feel right at home considering I was in pain! The Doctor was just as helpful. When I left the office Allyson at the front desk helped me make a future appointment and also was such a gem.
