Even after I reply that Yes, I am still coming, they send even more reminders. It's a bit crazy but I guess they really want to make sure you show up! My issue is entirely with the front office and billing process. At my first appointment, the office couldn't verify my dental insurance because they were using the wrong insurance portal. I ended up spending a significant portion of my appointment on the phone with United Concordia, walking the office staff through how to verify my coverage. Because of the delay, they only had time to complete the exam, and I had to schedule a second appointment for my cleaning. Later, I received another call saying my referral only covered a limited exam, but they had scheduled and performed a comprehensive exam instead. I provided my referral before the appointment and again when I checked in. If the referral didn't authorize the services they planned to perform, that should have been identified before my appointment, not after the services were completed. Now I'm being told I may be responsible for charges if the referral isn't updated, even though this was something the office could have addressed beforehand. To make matters more frustrating, I contacted United Concordia and learned they hadn't even submitted the claim yet, despite telling me there could be issues with coverage. When I asked to speak with an office manager to resolve my concerns, I was told they don't have one. The clinical care was excellent, which is why I'm not giving one star. However, the front office's handling of insurance, referrals, and billing created unnecessary stress and multiple extra phone calls. I hope they improve their administrative processes because the providers themselves deserve a much better support team.

My tooth still hurts and bleeds easily, and I'm in a every day pain and Im not able to eat for that side. I went couple weeks ago so they can check and correct the problem, and their response was that they wouldn't do anything because nothing looked wrong. They left me dealing with the pain and irritation; their only solution was to alter the neighboring tooth just to close the gap caused by the crown. In my view, it was completely unprofessional, and they made me feel like I didn't matter to them. Plus I pay out of pocket and they say sorry go somewhere else and fix it because the doctor that did my route canal no longer works there so no body is responsible, Im not rich and I have to deal with bad work in my mouth.

A 3 Unit Bridge was needed/cemented in. I looked in mirror, saw a deep line/wedge from front to back. Error by the Lab, the staff & Dr. B. So, in having to drill/take off that Bridge, Dr. B broke tooth #12 5. Now I need a 5 unit Bridge! This was never done Due to the office saying Dr. B had retired. I believe I was charged for a Mouth Guard, never received it (he never finished the work) The staff knew I was upset due to the incompetence. An "office girl" ACTUALLY SAID to my face: "You can't expect your dental care for free!" I opened my mouth, showed her NO teeth, & said "what dental care?
