I had a great experience at his office, he was very friendly and he has some pretty funny jokes! He also has a very wonderful staff! Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and all questions get answered. I currently work at a GP&Ortho office but I make sure I refer every patient that I can to Dr. White when needed! We are almost two months in and it's simply impossible to set something up with them: at least 10 times we have called them, most times it results in "we'll check and call you back" (which is usually not done). When we do talk, they cannot give me a date, exact or approximate, before a full payment of about 4k is made, supposedly because they *may not* have the required material in office and that may need to be ordered. I am even willing to make the advance payment if I know when this is going to be for; the way this communication has been going I certainly don't want to have them with my money and then chase after setting a appointment time God knows when. I made clear I would make the payment immediately if they can commit to a date that works for us, but at some point it's like talking to a wall. How hard can it be to put a 2 hour date for 2 months in advance and commit to it so we can plan around? cancel if you don't receive your damn payment 59 days ahead of it, but give me a freaking date!

Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist office. I wish I hadn't gone here based on the…read morereviews. I've spent years and thousands of dollars to get an upper denture with implants and all I have is a paperweight of a denture that has never fit or worked. The experience also gave me the most painful dental appointments I've had in my life and cost me financially since I can not wear the denture to talk in a job interview. The ONLY thing these people care about is squeezing as much money as they can from you. I had five implants put in and all but two had to be removed within months, which I was also charged for. As it is, I paid for implants to be put in and then they charged my insurance to take them out instead of owning up to their mistakes. I caught them billing my insurance twice for procedures that were supposed to be free since they messed it up. I would definately avoid this dentist for any implant or denture procedures. I can't recover that time, money, or bone loss from going here. I also have experienced chronic sinus infections and problems since the sinus bone graft they performed. My health seriously suffered as a result of going here and they could NOT care less.

He showed me my scan and X-ray went over, in detail what the problem was with my tooth, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Nelson explained the entire procedure to me, and told me it would be a difficult extraction. During the surgery, he explained exactly what he was doing, he was very gentle and took his time. He did a fantastic job, he even called me in the evening to see how I was doing! The office was very clean and spacious. The staff was also wonderful!
