*Do NOT go there... In 2021, I needed help with a 2 unit Bridge. In doing that, he ended up breaking a perfectly good tooth now making it a 5 unit Bridge, Also infecting another tooth(requiring surgical treatment & extraction). Dr. B used horrible Labs w/cheap products. He knew it so he absorbed some cost yet I paid a couple grand. THIS HAPPENED: 1. Assistant dropped my Bridge on floor-it broke. 2. 2nd time, Dr. took my Bridge off tray & it broke in half in his hands. 3. 3rd time Dr. B installed it then it broke within days due to me eating. 4. A 3 Unit Bridge was needed/cemented in. I looked in mirror, saw a deep line/wedge from front to back. Error by the Lab, the staff & Dr. B. So, in having to drill/take off that Bridge, Dr. B broke tooth #12 5. Now I need a 5 unit Bridge! This was never done Due to the office saying Dr. B had retired. I believe I was charged for a Mouth Guard, never received it (he never finished the work) The staff knew I was upset due to the incompetence. An "office girl" ACTUALLY SAID to my face: "You can't expect your dental care for free!" I opened my mouth, showed her NO teeth, & said "what dental care? No one else(Dr's) in that office offered to fix the damage he caused-it would cost them. I HAVE NO UPPER LEFT TEETH (The office lied & said Dr. B retired. Nope, He's at another location.) I appreciated the care and professionalism that Dr. Robert Chavez showed today during a root canal procedure. He took extra time with me explaining me the options - the positives and the negatives. The office environment was spotless and all of the staff were helpful, courteous and completely professional. Dr. Chavez explained to me the various complications that were possible and gave me the option to proceed with the work done or not. I opted to have the work performed even though it was risky. 10/17/25- would give negative stars if I could. We have been going to this location for years. My mom woke up in pain today. When she called a little after noon she was told that they took walk in and could see her today if she got there by 5pm. She had to call out the rest of the day from work (a financial cost to her that she was willing to do to get help). When we got there to check in before 2:30pm the front staff person said that they were short staffed and couldn't do walk-ins today. When we told her that whoever answered the phone to use they could see her she acted it was no big deal. We asked her to go and see if they could still work us in since it was their fault that they told us to come in, and when she came out she said no. Horrible customer service and they don't care if they cost you big bucks by lying to you. This place used to be good, but has hit rock bottom. read more

Dr. Noosh is amazing. I walked in with a chipped front tooth and they got me in right away. She and her assistant were very thorough in the whole process. They took x-rays and then she came in to consult and let me know they could repair the tooth. She was apologetic about the wait which wasn't very long at all, I was just glad they got me in at a moment's notice. I was able to schedule a cleaning a few days later and that visit was great as well. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Noosh. I live about 30 minutes from this location but it is worth the drive. read more

He calls himself a trustworthy dentist, but nothing about his character, manner or actions remotely support anything similar to this. He is in the closet about being trustworthy, but keeps lying and making things worse, Dr. McDonald allowed his assistant to mutilate my teeth when I didn't have any cavities or tooth decay. That was September 2021. He convinced the other dentists that he would fix the problem and promised that I came back he would restore the damages. When I came back for new treatment in November 2022, he left the same malicious, untrustworthy assistant to hack another tooth and repeat damages to one of the multiple teeth. He tells me that the damages are too expensive to fix, but later began acting like he was going to do the right thing. While I was still under the false impression that McDonald isn't really consenting to this, I came back to get the emergency treatment on a tooth that didn't need any work on the previous visit. Instead of fixing the problem, he reshaped the tooth into a wedge that knocked out the filling below it, exposing the gum in the hole of the tooth. This lead to another infection. He then sends me a letter claiming that he doesn't trust me anymore and I need to see another dentist because he can't provide good care anymore. Here they go pretending they have amnesia, I wasn't the one the chopped up someone's teeth, without any warning or explanation. Any respectable person would have told them to leave, INSTEAD of butchering teeth. The letter with no sincerity in it also invited me back for the emergency needs that he caused instead of fixing the emergency needs that I came back for previously. Comfort Dental needs to avoid having its' brand's reputation butchered like an honest persons' teeth. As an example, nobody trusts someone that raped someone three times, told them to go elsewhere, then told them to come visit a fourth time. This office is a joke. Went back in July for my kids. Had to take my daughter back for a crown after seeing a different dentist for the root removal. Showed up and the tooth they molded two weeks ago isn't there. The RUDE lady who I guess is the supervisor or whatever of this place is mean. Says well we called 2 days ago. The message says to confirm and you never called again. What a joke. This has now been 7 appointments between 2 offices and 3 months due to 'delays'. After a bad experience at my old dentist, i spent months scared to walk into a dentist office and only chewing with half my mouth. my cousin and his wife raved about their dentist, Dr John promising it was worth the hour plus drive. Dr John was patient and caring listening to my concerns. he made sure i was numb before he started, and that i could ask for more numbing if i needed it. i had a loud, kinda pokey, pain free experience, and i am so so pleased with the results. i highly recommend this dental practice. all the staff i interacted with were great. professional, knowledgeable, and polite. in my two visits, i observed spanish speaking patients being helped in their native language, and walk-ins being managed effectively as part of the overall patient load. scheduling was easy. read more

Don't come to this place! They make you wait for so long! I made an appointment, came on time, and I had to wait 30 min anyway. That was just for a cleaning, and I was there a total time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. On a separate occasion, I had to have my crown redone 3 times before the mold came back the right size and color. So I went there for 4 visits to fix a crown. Whenever I call, there's at least a 10 min wait--the last time I just showed up to the office and I was still on hold. When I brought this to their attention, the receptionist gave me a blank stare and said "I don't have anyone on hold." Save yourself, this branch has declined over the last couple years. read more

The first time I was there did fixed an old root canal that had been done wrong. In January I went back because I had I couple spots where food was getting stuck. No pain no sensitivity. Since January I've been back twice because the pain and sensitivity is so bad. they say the same thing that it's nothing and that it will go. Well I've been feeling horrible pain side three months. My guns swell and are red. But they said there is no infection that the gums were just tender from all the work I had done. I'm new to this area and found this dental place. I needed to get checked the first time I came for my appointment the staff was friendly especially The dentist was nice. And so was the assistant but the second I came back for a change in my fillings I got a rude assistant didn't seem like she wanted to be there she just put the bib on and told me "take your mask off" and then said open and shoved the numbing sticks in my mouth and said " the doctor will be in okay" and left she came back and I asked her name it was zariah. I called to make a new patient appointment. The receptionist was very rude. She had a mean tone of voice, was rushing through the call, cutting me off when I was talking and she talked over me. I started to ask her "can you tell the dentist when I get my crown back on if they could numb me up? I only got to say "can you tell the denti-" before she said "no I cannot tell the dentist anything." I hung up, gathered my composure and called back. When I called back to cancel my appointment, I asked to speak to a manager and she shut me down. "I am the manager and we're not going to see you at this location because you are just too hard to schedule." I just don't understand how I was "too hard to schedule" when all I did was ask questions regarding the comfort within the dental work that I was going to have done. Seems like she doesn't know how to do her job. If I could give 0/10 I would. Will not recommend. Came here to get my teeth cleaned and waited in the chair for 45 minutes before the dentist even made it over to see me. By the time they finally got around to cleaning my teeth they had a dental assistant do the work, and not a hygienist. In my opinion, she did a very poor job and was not very thorough. I had to come back a few days later to have a filling redone. Reluctantly, I went back into the office and had the exact same experience. After 2 long ,uncomfortable years of wearing dentures, I made the leap to get implants for a fitted denture. I have to thank Dr. Josh Sharpe for his consideration and for the lengths taken to ensure my comfort level during the procedure. I've had bad experiences in the past, so I appreciate that the dr. listened, and continually checked with me, made sure pain was not a factor. I dont know about this place. I came because my filling came out and just simply wanted it filled. $800 later (with much more to come) I have a crown because my tooth was too weak to fill? If I had insurance I might have gone for a 2nd opinion but I felt trapped at this place paying thousands for dental work I didnt really want but evidently MUST have. I thought this place was good for poor chumps like me w/o insurance but be advised it is NOT cheap. I don't really know how I feel about this place but I don't think its good. Comfort Dental was comfortable and Dr Barton was great when he popped in. It was the dental techs that did almost everything and i had a little problem with that. Everytime i went in it was a different tech. My problem was i needed teeth pulled and lower dentures. The dentures do not fit correctly because they were made incorrectly. Again the tech took the impression so is the problem the lab or what. The bottom line is i believe Comfort Dental did a poor job for a lot of money and now i have to spend more to get quality. I have been here 3 times now with 3 more appointments to go. I hadn't gone to the dentist since I was 16, now 21, and had more cavities than I would like to admit that are being taken of here at this location. I also need to have my wisdom teeth taken out which will be done after the rest of the fillings are completed. I have had such good experiences here so far with the staff, the front desk, the billing department and the assistants to the dentist. The dentist that I see here is Dr. Cannon, he is very nice and comforting. I can tell that he knows what he's doing and wants the best for his patients. The two assistants I've had that I remember their names are Keagan and Shala (spelling might be wrong), and they are amazing I felt like we had been long time friends hehe. I would recommend this office because they take patients w/o insurance, with insurance and they have extended hours and weekend hours for those who work full time jobs. I felt that I need to write this review because I as mistreated as a senior citizen and rudely spoken to by the Finance lady who works in this office. I broke a filling while out of town, made appt. to walkin and get checked out. Was going to replace filling, but the Finance was so RUDE to me about my Co-Pay. which was no big deal. However, I made it know that I had left billfold at home, and would call back with acct # to take care of services, She was so rude and forceful with her delivery to me, that Payment due at time of service, I get that, again explained to her whereas I left billfold at home. She told me she would have to reschedule me for my fix. I just had it smoothed down. This is 2nd time like this with this office. The Dr's there are GREAT, just issues with the Finance lady. Being a senior citizen, nobody should have to be subject to attitudes, rudeness like this from a office person. I have been going to the Comfort Dental on Tower road for three years now. From the first time I set foot into the office I have always had a great experience! Dr. Khmil is a top notch dentist and the staff is wonderful to work with. Dr. Khmil continues to take care of my needs as well as my wife. There have never been any "surprises" after the insurance claim has been processed. I have found with other dentists in the area you leave paying what you owe and wind up having to owe more because they didn't do their homework with the insurance company. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! 1 star is too many for this place! Paid over $1,000 for a crown. It was not put on correctly, and started to leak. I now need a $1800 root canal, and another $1,000 crown. The girls upfront have no customer service, or knowledge of their job. Asked for over a week to have my x rays sent to another doctor and they never were. I am currently going through Clear Correct treatment (they are a different brand similar to Invisilign) and am loving the results so far. My treatment duration is 22 weeks and I am currently on week 5-6. I have an open bite that slowly started forming over the last several years despite having had braces treatment as a young teenager and despite wearing my retainer for 10 years. I can already see that my incisors aren't protruding forward as much and the open bite appears smaller. I have always been insecure about my bite but am feeling excited now about its progress. Prior to coming here, I got 4 different consultations about what treatment would be best for my situation (including a consultation from UC Denver College of Dentistry). I decided to come to Comfort Dental because of the ease of treatment and because I felt that the staff were professional and friendly (Dr. Yarovoy is my dentist). People at the office all say hello to me when they see me sitting in the waiting room or when they see me pass them in the office. Open bites aren't always fixable with Invisilign. I am glad mine was and that I do not have to go through braces again (especially because I am 30!). I was able to see a 3-D image on the computer of what my bite would look like at the end of the treatment. Dr. Yarovoy carefully explained the entire process to me and made sure that I understood how to change out my trays every two weeks. read more

Have been a patient here for years. Walked in today to make an appointment and the receptionist took care of everyone except me. I was seated right next to her desk. The action, or inaction as it was appeared to be deliberate as one of the other patients who walked in after me asked me how long I had been waiting. I replied too long and only wished to make an appointment for a later date. I then walked out without any assistance. I had waited for almost an hour and watched everyone get assistance but me.
