I had the most excruciating cleaning experience ever. I also had three wisdom teeth pulled that same day. I was awake during the extraction. It took about an hour to have them all pulled. During my follow up visit I walked out during my appointment frustrated by the overall lack of professionalism, poor experience, disregard for my time and poor communication. They left me dealing with the pain and irritation; their only solution was to alter the neighboring tooth just to close the gap caused by the crown. In my view, it was completely unprofessional, and they made me feel like I didn't matter to them. Plus I pay out of pocket and they say sorry go somewhere else and fix it because the doctor that did my route canal no longer works there so no body is responsible, Im not rich and I have to deal with bad work in my mouth.
