Beware! These doctors changed the type of insurance they accept and emailed a PDF bill without the smallest explanation or even a friendly hello in the email. Only note was, "Your payment is due in our office no later than 30 days upon receiving the statement." Make sure they didn't dump your insurance too before being seen here. read more

I was on vacation with my wife and three, trouble-making, boys for Thanksgiving. My middle-son badly chipped his tooth after roughhousing with his brothers. I had to call work, back home, for my dental information and try to find an alternative in Colorado. Luckily, Forest Hills Dental stepped up and saw my son immediately, and got him all sorted out. I had been going to the same dentist for about 15 years. Even after I moved to Aurora, I still drove back to Highlands Ranch for appointments. But things changed, and I needed a new dentist closer to my home. I'm so happy I found Forest Hills. I love the dental hygienist, Skyler. She's the nicest person. Dr. B is also incredibly pleasant. They also made a point to give me a variety of options for some concerns I had - options I'd never been presented with at my previous dentist. I'm really unable to give an accurate review of the actual services here. But, trying to get seen as a new patient was impossible. They refused to do cleanings or make appointments during COVID lockdown, and that is fine. But, when restrictions were lifted they NEVER returned a single call for an appointment despite several calls and months of trying. I don't know how they could possibly have such high ratings, except all but one review are several years old. Time to move to one of the other nearby dentists that actually want patients. read more

Everyone, including our 12 year old, had a wonderful experience with the entire staff for our rutine x-rays & cleanings. Without hesitation, he worked us in first thing in the morning to care for a dental emergency and he personally called us that night to check on the well being of his patient. After years of putting off the dental work needed due to missing 2 of his adult teeth. (The ones next to his two front teeth which I think is quite common) my son decided to visit Dr. Bruggeman at Forest Hills Dental. He really did not want implants since he would also need a bone graft prior to the implants and the process of it all would take so long. Dr. Bruggeman suggested a bridge/crowning process. This took 2 visits to his office and my sons teeth look amazing. Dr. B is the most knowledgable, gentle, and frankly, amazing dentist I have ever been to! I am terrified to have my teeth worked on (and extremely picky too). My good friend, Carol Abbott, suggested I go see Dr. B. When I went to see him, I had two cracked teeth that needed implants, a couple of crowns that needed to be replaced, and a front tooth that had chipped. Dr. B took so much time to calmly walk me through the various options to repair my teeth. Then moving forward, he was so SKILLED, and GENTLE, and FAST in getting my teeth repaired.
