My window was finished by 12:00 p.m. He explained everything I needed to know, including leaving the tape on for 4-5 days and not washing the car for 3-4 days. I really appreciated how professional he was and that he made sure I knew exactly how to take care of the new window. He even called me later to remind me not to get it tinted until 4-5 days after the replacement. You can tell Richard genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure everything is done right. He went above and beyond by following up after I left, which I really wasn't expecting, and it showed how much he cares about the quality of his work.
