Learning from my first experience, we started the line around 10:30 for 11am opening. We stood around chatting while we waited. The doors opened around 11:05 and the pleasant cashier took our orders. They made our drinks before we went to sit down. We paid easily on Venmo. We found a cozy spot inside out of the hot spring heat where we could see the chef working. The food came out in reasonable time and was super tasty. I'm so impressed with what they can do in the small kitchen! I'm looking forward to the next time I'll be in the area on a weekend to come back again.

THE WAIT..... It took over 1 hour for us to get our food. I would take off at least part of a point for that. I'm not sure if we were forgotten but didn't hear from the kitchen at all during this time (or after) and I had to ask about our order myself. People behind me in line had gotten their food long before. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry that day but that is a pretty long wait in my opinion for brunch.
