After driving around the area and searching Yelp for a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich/burrito, we got lucky to find this cute coffee stand. They have two windows, so even though they get busy the line moves quickly. We had two hot mochas with oak milk and two sausage breakfast burritos. They give you hot sauce and sour cream packets to go with the burrito - perfect pairing! The ladies working are friendly and quick with your order. It's a great, hot cup of coffee and meal for the road.

When I first got there it was immediately obvious that the girl taking our order was new. She kept making us repeat ourselves when all we got was one drink each all in the same size and it took her about 10 minutes just to finish taking our order. Then we waited another 10 minutes before paying and they still took time to give us our drinks after that. I got white coffee and I work at a coffee stand as a barista so I know what white coffee shots are supposed to taste like and it is obvious that they didn't pull the shots correctly because my coffee is bitter and tastes like water. There are also a ton of coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink. I am very upset and will not be returning!

The coffee is excellent when prepared properly. However there is a major issue with the stand on…read moreCollege Way as far as the preparation goes. There are a few baristas that know how to operate the espresso machine at the Mt Vernon location. Several baristas that have been new to the location have conveyed to me that sometimes the machine simply doesn't seem to work right. Even though the issue is known, this hasn't prevented them from delivering coffee that is very low quality. That said, some of the baristas do know how to operate the machine in a way that renders a good cup. Since this is the location that is near me, I am offering insight for this location. I have on occasion visited the Sedro Woolley stand and have never had the issue with quality. I don't fault any of the baristas as they don't control the equipment, and they don't set policy on quality control. I had one issue where a barista was very indignant when I asked for a new americano. Also management has been very dismissive and unprofessional when I have spoken with them several times. They seem happy to provide mediocre coffee at this location. Since then and because I don't want to argue over a cup of coffee, I have simply poured out several dozen drinks when they simply don't have any detectable coffee in them. I am no longer going to pay for milk and water so I am done with Morgan's. There are five markers that one can use to detect the presence of coffee in a drink. There is the color, the smell and the taste. Notably there is the stimulating effect that coffee has. Finally, there is the fact that coffee is a diuretic and often causes your cells to release water and this is why most people have to go to the bathroom after drinking coffee. Today like so many days in the past, none of these factors suggest that there is coffee in the Americano that I ordered. Today instead of discarding the coffee that was just white with no coffee color, coffee teste or coffee smell. I drank it so that I could do an A/B comparison. After drinking the coffee, there was no detectable stimulant effect. I have some cold brew in my fridge and drank that. Suddenly and unsurprisingly, I am now awake and alert and definitely experiencing the diuretic effect. It was my hope that eventually the management would become diligent enough to address this issue. Because they are perfectly content having me purchase milk water for 5 dollars and also provide a tip, I am officially no longer a patron. I've ordered from the Mt Vernon's stand several times a week for a few years now. Today was perhaps my 40th Americano with no detectable coffee in it. If you want a great tasting espresso, go to Sedro Woolley, pray that you never have to deal with the leadership over a quality issue

When we visited, there was actually no menu and the…read morebarista mentions he can make any drink for the most part, so we opted for a hemp milk orange latte which was pretty decent. I don't see hemp milk much in other coffee shops so this stood out. There's zero latte art and it's just a regular white paper cup so I didn't bother taking a picture of the drink itself. The cafe itself is pretty interesting, with a whole variety of license plates, pastry case, and other CBD products, and there are lots of seating. The downside for being "bespoke" is that there is no menu. $7+ for a 16oz latte is a bit steep and we don't know the breakdown of prices, so if anything, even if there's no menu, a general price guideline would be much appreciated.

Hockey puck is a great iteration of one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches. Egg was nice and soft, croissant wasn't too soft for the sandwich to fall apart (like Dunkin does, sometimes) nor too tough. Nice amount of cheese to make the sausage all come together in every delicious breakfast bite. So their garlic Feta dill cream cheese is AMAZING and if it calls out to you, get it! It's as wonderful as you are probably imagining right now and tastes even better. Creamy, wonderful garlic flavor, nice dill and you get the Feta with no flavor overpowering each other (or you). It was wondferful on an everything bagel, and I'm sure it would also be delicious on a variety of the other bagels they have. The food was ready for me in less than 5 minutes and I was nicely filled for a little under 10 dollars. The ladies working were super nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. If I'm ever passing by this area again I will surely hook my friends up with some amazing breakfast. If you live around here, go check it out!
