I wasn't looking for freebies, but I couldn't afford the other guy's quote. Rachelle, the employee there that fixed my hats, did it for $20 apiece and did a phenomenal job - I couldn't be happier. She even fixed me a new hat band to replace the one that the competitor crumpled up and tossed at me across the table. I highly recommend her work and I will be back to bring her the rest of my collection.
