Absolutely beautiful quilts though and I really find them to be a sort of art form, so to me it's like looking through a gallery. It's a talent I wish I had. I love that they hold beginner's classes here too. That's definitely something I would be interested in if I ever happened to move back to my hometown here or even if I was ever visiting for longer than a week. It seems like an odd location to choose, only because Athena is so small and I never felt like it was a town too many travelers ended up passing through, but that almost makes it even nicer to see something like this here.

I am definitely a beginner, still trying to figure out how wet my paper and brush should be, what is "damp," or what it means to "lift color."
