Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing trees from Moon Nursery.

Some couches looked dirty and kinda questionable, especially when someone is full on sleeping on one of them with a full size luggage by them (layover resting place?). High ceilings, good air circulation, fake plants around, large window views definitely makes this place feel relaxing. Cafeteria and study area are separated. Two big tables have people talking. Another area by the restroom has laptop users too. There is an area with 2 microwaves, next to the restrooms. Another area I've seen people studying/working. Temperature: Love it's great weather system ;). We must be in socal weather in here haha Perfect, no sweater needed like most wifi cafes to work/study at. It's usually freezing at many other places. Noise: Moderate. No loud music or voices. Mostly echos, babble noise. Possible to take zoom meetings if you use noise canceling headphones or earplugs. You can try to snatch an area and get fully covered with dividers too. Restrooms: Gendered by only female, male. Not far. Near the food area. The water fountain and bottle refiller is here too.

I bought a candy bar and wanted to redeem the free coffee included with my IKEA Family membership. The cashier asked if I had the app to scan, and I told her I didn't have it available and asked if she could use my phone number instead. She initially told me no. I explained that I come here regularly and other employees have always been able to look up my membership using my phone number. She then rudely told me, "I'll do it for you this time, but next time you need to have the app because they might stop taking phone numbers." What bothered me is that IKEA's own website specifically says that if you don't have your digital IKEA Family card available, you can provide your phone number or email address at checkout. I wasn't asking her to make an exception for me. I was using an option IKEA itself tells customers they can use. I didn't get the cashier's name, but she was a white woman with dark hair and was wearing a hat, in case management wants to identify who was working at the restaurant register at the time. This happened Friday, 9/25, at 2:35 pm. The coffee obviously isn't the issue. It was the unnecessary attitude and being made to feel like I was asking for special treatment when I was simply following IKEA's stated policy. I normally enjoy coming here, so hopefully the restaurant staff can be better informed about the IKEA Family policy and communicate with customers more respectfully. It makes it fun and you actually learn something and add some plants to your "want" list. They had 3 people helping with calling, showing plants and serving food. There's also plenty of parking, and surprisingly, there aren't a ton of other stores in the shopping center, so parking was easy. Our advice is simple: get all pricing, service expectations, and termination terms in writing. Based on our experience, professionalism, communication, and accountability were lacking, and the way our account was handled left a disappointing final impression.

I've tried contacting our salesman, Ronnie Castillo and he's really not interested in trying to help us...so my husband tried contacting his boss, Nate Miller and we're not getting any responses. I've contacted them through ALL their channels and no one answers their phones or returns calls. Submitted tech ticket, called and left a VM, emailed support, called local office in Las Vegas, and emailing the owner... BUYER BEWARE....Once they get your $$$ they don't care about any Customer service or warranty accountability. And from the looks of other reviews, we're not alone.
