Checked out their website and found 3 items I liked. Went to their store and they were very helpful. My first 2 pics I was told I probably would be better to pick another, because of the maker. So I went with my 3rd pic. The consultant helped me in that one bathroom currently had a 9 bulb fixture. The light I picked didn't come with a 9. In talking it over we decided on 2 fixtures with 3 bulbs. This was a double sink bathroom. Items arrived within the 2 week time frame I was given. Since they didn't come with bulbs and the store didn't have them, the consultant sent me an email link to order them off a certain on-line store. Is he aware that regardless of what parking lot they are working in they cannot block every handicapped parking spot no because his reply was "Andy at metro facilities said we can". I explained to him that blocking one spot they can issued a fine let alone all of them. If Andy at metro facilities tells you to jump off a bridge are you going to? I took photos and video. I filed a formal complaint against them with the State and Feds asking them to fine their corporation for violating handicapped access parking laws When businesses are open to the public. The few places I did find it wanted $25-$35 per bulb and it would take about a week to get. I happened to drive by Commercial Lighting Specialties on Dean Martin and figured I'd stop in and give them a try. So glad I did! The lady at the front was super friendly and helpful, and they actually had the bulb I needed. They even tested it for us to make sure it was the right one before I left. The owner came out and chatted with me for a bit and even shook my hand. You don't get that kind of customer service everywhere anymore. Very knowledgeable, friendly people and great service. Definitely found my new spot for anything lighting related. I'll be coming back!
