They have gone above and beyond for us on every single project, no matter how big or small. They show up when they say they will, communicate well, take pride in their work, and never leave until the job is done right. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, but what really sets them apart is who they are as people. They are kind, honest, respectful, and truly care about their clients. They are always willing to tackle a new challenge, and if anything ever needs attention, they stand behind their work 100%. That level of integrity is hard to find these days. I almost hesitate to write this review because I'd selfishly like to keep them all to myself! But they absolutely deserve the recognition. They are responsive, resourceful, and always follow through. They recently helped my mom downsize and move into her new two-bedroom apartment. They took what could have been an overwhelming move and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. In just one day, they packed the items I had set aside and labeled, moved everything into her new apartment, unpacked it, and organized it exactly as we requested, leaving no boxes behind. By that evening, my mom walked into a fully set-up apartment. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time and at a very reasonable price. They handled every item with great care, and it's clear they take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Henderson Movers again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company they can trust.

Unfortunately, I feel I was misquoted. The move took significantly longer than it should have,…read moreespecially compared to previous moving companies I have used in my real estate business. By the end of the job, an additional mover was hired, which increased the hourly rate, and the move took over four hours longer than originally quoted. The truck provided was a U-Haul. While that alone was not necessarily an issue, it was too small for the job, and I was told it would require three trips to move everything. There was a lack of organization and clear communication regarding how items were packed and loaded into the truck, which made the move far more time-consuming and labor-intensive than necessary. It's important to note that all items were either boxed or furniture, so the move itself should have been straightforward. Additionally, the movers did not have proper moving supplies for every team member, which led to delays and, in my opinion, unsafe moving practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to proceed with caution. The majority of the reviews I see do not reflect my experience, which makes it difficult to believe we were dealing with the same company.

I would recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking to get work done around their home. Brian is not shy about telling you where his limitations are, and he is true to his word. Brian is also really creative finding ways to get projects done. For context, I had about 100 items that needed to be done, some small, and some quite large. * Communication: From start to finish, Brian was great about communicating everything. The schedule of their team, when items would be finished, what work was complete, what work remained, etc. I even had another project (painting) started while they were there, and they were able to talk with the painters and figure out logistics on their own. * Organization: With a list of nearly 100 items on my list, I appreciate how detail oriented Brian was capturing every item and scoping it out. I don't think he missed a single item from our walk through. * Quality: Everything was done to a high level of standard, and Brian and his team have an eye for detail. They take great pride in what they do and make suggestions to help save money or improve above and beyond original recommendations. * Knowledgeable: Brian and his team are extremely knowledgeable. Given the broad list of items I presented to them, I was impressed how they were able to assess and repair all the items There were so many items they worked on, but I was truly impressed by how they were able to rescue my pool. It had been neglected for months on end and was absolutely overrun with and completely green from algae. Brian was able to get the pool back to a clear blue state without having to drain and chemical wash the entire pool (which would have been much more expensive and risk cracking the pool!
