I did not receive what I was quoted. What was supposed to be a 4 man crew + moving truck and 5 hours, turned into a 9 hour move. Only 3 guys showed up, no experience with moving or disassembling of furniture no real tools to disassemble furniture. I was told they would disassemble and reassemble my furniture, but it was clear when it took the 3 of them 2 hours to disassemble my bed that they didn't know what they were doing. It took them the same if time to reassemble the bed. It took the 3 of them and an hour and a half to reassemble my sons desk. They dropped most of the boxes in the living room, lots of damage to my furniture and broken glass ware. I had already packed everything in boxes and bubble wrapped my glass ware to make the move easier and not take as long, but that was not the case As many times as I have moved it never has taken 9 hours! I believe it was done on purpose to make more money! The owner/manager did make an adjustment due to only three men showing up, but I still had to pay more than the original quote. Next I'll just hire movers from uhaul instead of a moving company. read more

There are a lot of companies out there that will take more time than necessary when you're paying by the hour , but they didn't do that at all. The term over promised and under delivered. That's what happened in this scenario promised three drivers 2 show up at the door the third one trailing 30 minutes later. No shoe covers. I specifically requested shoe covers for my new residence. Emphasize the importance of the shoe covers. No problem no problem. It was a problem No tools that could properly dissemble a computer desk,,no wrapping paper as promise and I even offered my bubble wrap never touched one of the TVs. It was a total disaster OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVERED . I would not recommend this company to any of my coworkers or friends. I received a lot of excuses and apologies. My husband works with a lot of people that are buying homes and asking for recommendations as he is a licensed real estate agent and I am myself a closing agent. We booked Fast Labor Force for our move today because of our very positive experience last time. However, this current move has been a disaster. We have different movers this time, and the experience was highly impacted by that. To start, the movers were late for the scheduled move (one was late by over an hour). Over 3 hours into the move for an equal amount of stuff, exact distance, and one less stop along the way, and the movers are not done. Last of all, our TV was broken. We were told we should have taken pictures before, "because they didn't do that." Speaking with the manager, he was receptive to feedback and offered a discount for the TV damage. However, there were many excuses about why they were late and their over all lack of urgency. Both these reasons made our move DOUBLE time and in price. So disappointing, and I won't be recommending them again. read more

I told Elhaum we were only moving a few items. Then we realized we had a lot more to move. He didn't hesitate and stepped up to every request. A simple 2 hour move for him turned into 5 hours at my request. Zero complaints, great attitude the whole time. The service was quick and efficient. The workers were really helpful and definitely worth the value. I'd give them 5 stars but they weren't as meticulous when it comes to loading my stuff into my car since I found some scratches throughout my interior. It honestly bums me out since I precisely told them I just got my car and would really appreciate if they treat it carefully. They had extra 40 mins left from my 2 hour reservation so I think taking the time would've been kinder. Also they put my bar speaker at the bottom of other heavy things when it's a fragile item? Overall if you have loading / unloading to a truck they'll prolly be perfect for you! If it's to your car only, then I'll keep an eye when they put stuff in there. Service was on point as Devonish (sorry for misspelling) was early so polite and eager to get to work. showed him what was going to be taken he got right to work he said another person was coming to help but he took the patio set, 2 piece couch loaded it before he partner arrived! Slow in response to initial request and then contacted me AFTER I took the initiative to text him that I had select someone, who HAD responded, based on the reviews the other business had received and the reasonableness of their mid-range estimate. He first insinuated that I had never responded to him, then he wanted me to call him so he could obviously correct my thinking. Two thumbs down across the board. I have no intention in dealing with him and I would appreciate having him blocked from any information about me, please. I received a call to help with junk removal after I requested a quote. We planned on 8/6 at 9am as that was my only day off. I was in the process of moving and didn't get a call until 11:16 from someone to cancel. The following day they allegedly showed up and "took pictures in front of my home" to show they showed up and I wasn't there, as I was at work. Then I received a call that I owe $150 for a no show even though I haven't received any photos of them showing up and my ring cameras don't show anyone in front of my house. Positive first. Very professional both in scheduling and the individuals they sent out. I have had experience before where the person on the phone is super nice and then I get a couple rude movers. Definitely not the case here. The only negative was that along with my heavy house hold items, I asked them to unload my storage unit. I didn't realize until 30 minutes before I had to be out of the apartment that they hadn't done that. I ended up having to rent my own truck and pay a late fee because I had to move out a day late. I requested fast labor force for a move a week in advance. They showed up a little late due to being stuck at another move, but they were awesome. They got everything moved pretty quickly and efficiently. They helped take apart my son's bed and put it back together. They didn't just move boxes in the house they actually took the boxes where they needed to go in the house. It was awesome. Was good until it wasn't. The day after the move I was expecting a call because my refrigerator could not be moved and they needed someone to take it apart. I was assured by the mover at my house that someone would help the next day. He even told me to call him if I had any issues. I called at 9:15am, 10:15am, and 11:15am. No reply. I even went to the address on Rainbow, but that is only a Mail Drop for them. I finally called them on my nephew's phone and guess what? They called him back. The mover at my house the day prior did not answer his phone when I called, still have not gotten a call back to this day, a week later. Well, they said they knew about my fridge and still bickered about moving my original fridge, wanted to give me a discount to move it. $20/ hr with a two hour minimum. But I paid them for nine hours the day prior. The distance is only seven minutes. I told them it wasn't about moving the fridge, I had friends, if needed, with trucks who would take care of it. It was about making it right, and they could do what they wanted. Not until I told them that I worked at a large casino and would ensure none of my coworkers would ever use them did they agree to more it with no charge. And truth be told, there were two movers on moving day, the one main guy, his name was something like Dev-e-on. The 2nd guy, Dwayne. Dev-e-on told me Dwayne was not his regular partner and he is still learning. I could believe that because I was not expecting a nine hour move. I spent the 2nd day dealing with just the fridge and I was scheduled to work. Imagine calling out just because of a fridge. read more

The owner was very communicative and helpful. I scheduled 2 hours. The guys who came seemed to move quite slowly and one of the fellows was often off task. On his phone, messing around with some items in his truck, sitting in the truck and air conditioning his head. They also did odd things like left half my recliner in the apartment. I carried it out myself when i realized they were not. After the second load we had 30 minutes left. (I moved in the same complex) When we went back to my garage they wouldn't open the trailer. I thought for sure they would get out and get more items, but one just kept coming half way and taking what I was taking out to load, and the other just got into their truck, started it, and sat. I asked "are you done?" The one said yes. He was putting my stuff in the side door, and they just decided they didnt want to do any more. They left 15 minutes early. May seem like a little deal, but when they were already moving slow, it was. They were nice guys, but not professional movers. Banged some items, which I didn't care since I dont have luxurious things. It is a bummer- as a single woman I was hoping to get more done. It was not worth the 290 minimum.
