This new Kohl's location has friendly staff, easy layout, and convenient for those that live in…read morethis area. However, it's not your typical full size Kohl's department store and that is my main reason for giving it a 3 star. There is no fine jewelry, no cosmetics, and all the other departments within the store are very miniaturized. I would say this location is maybe 2/3 (if that) the size of a regular Kohl's Department Store. You can actually see from one end of the store to the other. If you are looking for something very specific, this is probably not the Kohl's for you. However, if you need some socks, t-shirts, or other every day type of items they have you covered.

The lady at the register had said the item is not on clearance, to my response letting her know they had 15 of the same item on the rack. Her response was that she did not believe me and had to go check. She and I confirmed that the items were in the clearance section and she still said she will not honor it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

A little disheveled due to some Mad Maxx customer scavenging (an epidemic across the chain) and not…read morelikely to win any retailing awards for presentation, this TJ Maxx location is tucked out of the way and therefore is flying under the radar among the hordes that crowd their other locations. Easy in and easy out make shopping here a breeze. Maybe it's just my imagination but this particular store always seems to have a much better selection of premium clothing making their other idiosyncrasies worth putting up with. Highly recommended.
