The manager, Matthew, was quick and very responsive to my concerns and addressed all and every question I had in regard to the repairs on my vehicle. I'm beyond grateful for Matt. My car went into limp mode and the battery died . Oh my God, all I Went into the office Matt told me that it was closed. I said I just jump. He got his jump box and helped me out. We pushed my car into the yard ,put it on a battery charger . I ended up call AAA for a tow home . His kindness restored my faith in humanity. It was the end of the month he had planned to stay and do his and of month paperwork. A simple jump ended up being 2 hours . If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car to this body shop in November 2023, expecting a straightforward repair, but instead endured MONTHS of delays, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism. From the start, they struggled to locate the correct front lip for my Infiniti, despite repeatedly assuring me they were handling it. The only part they ever managed to send me was for the wrong car entirely, and at one point, Michel, the owner, even suggested I look for parts on Amazon. Each attempt to order the part either ended in a canceled shipment or a "lost" delivery. When I first picked up my car in December, it was returned to me incomplete--without the front lip--and in an unacceptable state. The clear bra job on the vehicle was VERY poor, and would already show signs of peeling. The interior was filthy, covered in dust as if no precautions were taken to keep it clean. I later found out that the insurance had already paid the shop for the "completed" job, even though the work was far from finished. Michel, the owner, suggested I find the part myself, so I took matters into my own hands, located the correct part, and had to travel to the dealership in California MYSELF. Michel stated to me that they couldn't get it even after telling me they would grab the part for me... after I got the parts, I brought her the receipts. Only then did she reimburse me on the spot. Initially, I signed up for regular updates about the status of my vehicle, but those stopped without explanation, leaving me in the dark for extended periods. Every time I checked in, I found no one but Michel had any idea about my vehicle's status. I would visit my car throughout the time to see how it was and to get answers in person. My car sat neglected for so long that the battery died due to inactivity, further showing their lack of care. Since having the car is in my possession, I've had 0 issues with the battery. Even after promising to detail the car as a courtesy for leaving the widows down, the cleaning was barely more than a quick wipe-down. In the end, after 6 TOTAL MONTHS, I was left handling most of the legwork, including sourcing the part and repeatedly following up for information. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values professionalism, respect for their time, or proper care for their vehicle. Save yourself the stress and find a more reliable body shop. read more

*** New Management *** don't let the older reviews scare you -- I had an incredibly positive experience. In the last few months they hired all new staff and service providers Michelle's communication and care is some of the best I've experienced in the service industry. After a bear got into our car and destroyed the center console, Michelle helped us order the correct parts, schedule servicing, and work through insurance (reminder: if you're insurance is a pain to work with, that's on your insurance, not on High Tech Collision). I was expecting to be at the shop all day, but within 90 minutes, everything was ready to go. Bonus: the office has long desk space to do some work and AC to keep cool :) read more

No communication. I had a simple repair. Bumper(to be cashed out), Taillight, and rear quarter panel. Was told a week. Drop off Monday, pick up on Friday (5 days). The vehicle was usable, so it was scheduled a week out so they could obtain the necessary parts. I dropped it off, and it took them 16 days to complete the repair. They didn't tell me they didn't have all the parts, and one of the parts was wrong. I got no communication from them. I had to call them to get an update, and one time had to go in because no one was answering. They used the Carwise website to post the status. But all they posted was the expected finish date. Which was not accurate, and they don't update unless you say something to them. I.E., the one time I had to go in to get an update, it was supposed to have been complete several days earlier. When I had dropped it off, I asked if I could be cashed out on the bumper because I wanted to put it towards an aftermarket one. They told me they could. But while doing the repairs, they replace several parts on the old bumper. Which made no sense when they were cashing out the bumper. I didn't find out till I went to pick it up. That's when I found out that the manager walked out the week before. I asked why they replaced parts on the old a bumper, they were cashing out, and they didn't know why. I picked up the vehicle and was told the amount that the payout should be. Called several days later to check on when I will be getting the payout, and the new manager tells me they aren't allowed to cash out the bumper. I talked to him more, and he said he will see what they can do. So far they had told me they could then did the other repairs (which took over 3 times as long as it should of), got the vehicle back to me and they installed new parts on the old bumper. when i asked about getting the bumper replace as originally qouted now that they are telling me they can't cash it out. The manager said the parts might break if they try to remove and made it sound like they wouldn't pay for it they broke them switching to the replacement bumper. Simply put the installed the new parts on a damage bumper and I would have to replace any broken parts if they installed a new bumper. If I knew it was going to be trouble, I would have just had them replace it as quoted. Called a week later, he was able to get me the payout, but it was less than half of what I was told when I picked up the vehicle. Over 900 dollars less. it makes since that the insurance subsituted used parts and that is acceptable but not telling me the change before any of the work was done is not. On top of that it was about an additional 500 dollars less than is should of been because they weren't cashing out the parts that they unnecessarily replaced. Finally after getting it home I noticed that the paint job they did was runny and you could feel the runs in the paint. Will never use them again, will be reporting everything to my insurance company and suggest that anyone needing repairs go somewhere else. read more

Great job! My daughters car looks brand new again. The only thing that was missing was a center wheel cap on one of the rims. They said they would order it and call me to come get it and that's been over 4 weeks now. So still waiting on that one piece read more

Horrible service! They supposedly fixed the bumper of my truck and didn't put it on right and now it is rubbing on my tires, and they are saying that it was previous suspension damage and not taking any responsibility for the fact that the entire bumper was put on wrong! Worst of all they charged $900.... and are working with the insurance company to try to make the claim invalid..... their claim is that it was like that before we dropped it off so they can avoid fixing anything or coming out of pocket for their mistake....I would not recommend this place they are snakes not only with their customers, but are in cahoots with the insurance company to make sure that you are thoroughly screwed over. they don't have an official person evaluate your vehicle. They do it on site and report back to the insurance company what "they feel" is wrong, so anything that isn't evaluated right isn't reported, it's a total scam. Never have I seen more unprofessional treatment of a customer, or negligent work done by a shop. from the wait times order parts, then likely realizing it's the wrong part , ordering the "correct" one to sending customs home with vehicles that were stored poorly, not inspected to insure they are up to highway standards, flat out forgetting to put parts back, or finish a repair job on damages parts. overall wouldn't trust them with a tonka truck let alone my person vehicle. read more
