When I called to schedule a service appointment, they were booked out six or eight weeks. But surprisingly THE NEXT DAY they had a cancellation so Dylan came out to look at what I needed done. Then it was only a few days before he came back to do the work -- installing outdoor security lights and kitchen under-cabinet lights. I was extremely grateful for the fast service. I received an estimate from Cory back in October 2021 to install a NEMA 14-50 receptacle for our EV. We weren't ready to proceed with the installation until yesterday when I contacted them. They not only honored the original estimate they were able to come out TODAY! to do the install. I know this isn't typical and that I must have fit in perfectly between jobs but still very impressive. Cory and Dillon both were here and Dillon finished up the job.
