We went and found things we needed but when we went a Second time . It was 10 after 10 they open at 10 we saw two men at the register talking and drinking coffee. I'm sure , I tried the door it was locked so we waited but then I knocked on the glass they never even looked to see who was at the door so we left. We will pick up what we ordered and never blacken there door again to bad too they were one of the better places. but if they can't acknowledge customers at the door then they don't need the business. ?????? What the hell........ but they didn't ask us what we needed the first time we had been In the store I thought it was because they had been working on someone else's stuff but I do believe it was there stuff not customers stuff so good for them. Peter and Kristine are very helpful I took 2 TRAXXAS to the shop for tuning and they were happy to help and got them fixed the same day. When I arrived for pickup they went over everything that was done and even fixed small things at no additional fees. Unbelievable, terrible customer service. Rude, and flat out lied to me. I have the receipt, and asked for a return it store credit and was flat out refused. She made a scene and kept telling me how wonderful their store reputation is. She all but called me a liar, and said it was my fault and her memory was perfect. This is third product from this store that was either defective, broken, or not as advertised. So disappointing from a small business that prides itself as having "a great reputation." I'll never spend another penny there. All over a $90 model jet that I was told had everything in it, soup to nuts to assemble and display. She knew she wouldn't take it back for a return. She told me anything I needed to hear so I would buy it. Horrible read more

Can't even think of the right words to say how grateful I am! But hopefully this gives them an idea. Although I don't remember his name anymore I know he is the owner of the shop. Last Wednesday my five-year-old son and I were prepping for a camping trip when we accidentally stripped the gears on our brand new RC truck. Long story short we were not going to be able to take it on our camping trip which was the whole reason we bought it. I couldn't believe when I called them and they told me to bring it in even though they were closing in a few minutes. I made it just before they closed and the owner was beyond words! He took his time to explain to me what happened why it happened and how to prevent it from happening. Of course he also got me a brand new gear set which fixed my servo. He turned me into a lifelong customer for sure! As a matter of fact I have managed to destroy the gears yet again LOL (my fault) i'm coming back this Friday to hopefully pick up a stronger servo that can take my five-year-old's abuse!!! They shouldn't even call themselves a business. My friends motor on his RC car broke the day after he bought it and they made us personally take apart the motor in front of them when we have no idea how to work or take apart RC cars at all. They're the owners of the RC car SHOP, they shouldn't expect us to do their job for them. We waited 2 hours in their store without any AC while they helped people coming in after us. She tried to blame the tires and driving it in sand we bought from them when I personally have a car with the exact same setup with no issue. They sold us paddled tires and claimed they don't work in sand when that's the only terrain in Palmdale. The owner Mike is very nice. The lady is a stone cold b****. She was so rude to us. My friend kindly said "I don't know how to take apart this" and she attacked him with "it's part of the hobby, we don't HAVE to do anything, I don't even have to give you a new motor, but we're choosing to. So you can either comply, or you can call the manufacturer, what would YOU like to do?". Absolutely horrible customer service. I don't expect to get treated like an idiot for something that's their fault in the first place. Do yourself a favor and drive ANYWHERE else to get your hobby needs unless you appreciate being treated like a moron. This place is horrible. read more

Great place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great inventory. The indoor crawler course is terrific fun and free if you bring your own rig. But if not, you can rent a crawler there and run the course. Cannot say enough about how nice everyone was and also how observant they were about Covid restrictions. Great place I've been to different places around california and to my surprise the one in palmdale the one i never expected much from fixed my nitro rc10 with no problems when ready i got called and that was it and gave me the best service I've ever experienced cheap and honest tested my car on the parking lot and send me on my way home happy btw it was super busy but they took their time and never felt rushed out thanks guys !!!! read more

They were good at first until I left it their over night because they snapped a bolt in my rc car and they had to take it out over night and when I went to pick it up Monday they said the steering box was messed up and tried to say it was our fault when the day we left it there it was fine and before we left it was working fine and they didn't own up to there mistake and tried to blame it on us and make us pay for it read more
