I truly appreciated their thorough and thoughtful approach to everything, including steering us away from our initial request to one that worked better for our house despite it being a less expensive project overall. The final product looks great and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure everything fit and looked perfect, and as our house is an Earthship, anyone who has lived in one can tell you how difficult that can be! I would recommend them to anyone looking for chimney, fireplace, or stove services in the Taos area.

I was dreading having all the noise and mess, but when they were done and left on the last day, I actually missed them! KC, Katy, and EJ are the friendliest and most polite people you could wish to do work on your house. They are pleasant to talk to. Each day, they got right down to work. First they laid down protective tarps to keep our furniture and house clean. At the end of each work day, they thoroughly cleaned up - they actually left the house cleaner than when they arrived. K C always kept us well informed of the progress they were making and what to expect for the next day's work. Once the stove was in place, K C and Katy gave us a thorough lesson on how to get the most out of it. (It isn't too hard, but there are subtle, very helpful things which they have learned through four decades of experience.) I cannot say enough good about KC Wester and company. I also want to thank Mrs. Wester, the manager, who did a great job handling our schedule changes and was always polite and kind.
