I contacted this…read morecompany was quoted 150 for a 1 hour diagnostic and if it can be a minor fix in that time it'll be done. if it's a larger fix, I would be told about it and given the opportunity to have the company fix it at a later date. I received the invoice for the diagnostic and it was $161. no biggie to me then the employees came for the diagnostic. the employees were amazing and stayed at my place for about 1 hour 15 minutes fixing what needed to be fixed. after it was fixed they told me what was fixed and left. the next day I receive a text from someone at the company claiming the bill would be $600+ for the time and hours on site. they told me this was after they discounted the price. I told them what I was told about the 1 hour of service and told them I was never asked if I would like the repairs done for that price. I explained how they only spent 1 hour on site. they then told me they will discount it to $500. I told them I have ring footage of the time they arrived and left along with what I was told and never explained that the cost would be $600+. after this they never responded.
