SFStucco&Roofing redid the entire wall, adding a water barrier, which was not originally installed, along the top of the wall to prevent recurrence of the problem. The repair was quick, and the workmen took great care to protect the plants along the bottom of the wall. The color match is very good, and the wall looks great! About five years ago SFStucco&Roofing replaced the worn-out and leaking tar and gravel roof on the house with a membrane roof. No review, I was not following Yelp then, but they did a very good job. After five years there are no leaks, but when I inspected the roof this spring there were several areas where the membrane had lifted from the roof and torn. The roof is still under warranty. SFStucco&Roofing sent out a team that repaired all the damaged areas that I had seen, and several that I was not aware of. Highly responsive, and I was very pleased with their work.

The Crew ( one guy ) was there for three part days 14.5 hrs being generous including lunch breaks and times that I could not say he wasn't there. Product used maybe four gallons JACO Patch; good product costs anywhere from 150.00 to $200.00 per tube of 2 Gallons. All they did was paint this on lots of corners and all penetrations . Did good job doing this. Some things in the bid I guess were not needed. When asked why they did not sweep the roof to better see what to repair was told it was not specified in the bid. work done OK; Cost astronomic.

Pressure washing, sanding off old layers of paint on my porch rails, repairing wood and stucco as requested, then taping and taping and taping to make certain the completed job looked exceptional . WOW! Great attention to detail! And then after they painted, they touched up anything necessary. Superb communicators, responding to any phone calls or texts or in person questions. All the gentlemen working on my house were friendly and professional. It was expensive, but we definitely got what we paid for. There were no surprises. The estimate was very close to the final payment (we had some additional repairs we hadn't discussed in the initial estimate). I would highly recommend La Pintura Pro Painting.

The estimates from other contractors varied widely in scope and price. Juan took the time to understand the condition of our roof and explain what the best course of action should be and gave us a fair price. Our project was a full re-roofing, with new skylights and canales. Juan was the only contractor to let us know we needed to take steps inside to catch dust and pumice that was going to fall through our plank and beam ceiling. Juan, Rick, Valentine, and the rest of the Mircon crew were great to work with. They kept us well-informed on progress and a few complications that inevitably came up during the job. Juan was quick to return my calls, instilling trust and educating me with every conversation. Throughout the job, the crew was incredible at managing all the materials and mess. When they were done, they left the job site without a trace. I can't say enough good things about Mircon. I'd use them again in a minute, but with the workmanship and great warrantee, this will be my last roof. I highly recommend you call Juan if you need roof work and want someone you can trust and will do an outstanding job.
