We came here after Christmas and I was very impressed. I have been to other locations and did not have the same experience. I enjoyed the fried mushrooms. Hideaway was the favorite pizza place when I was at Oklahoma State in Stillwater. My parents now live close to Owasso, and oh, I love this place! The pizza is as delicious as it always has been. We called in an order, and the pizza was ready at the same they said, though it was super busy that day. The fried ravioli are delicious, along with marinara sauce. I'm only giving it a 3 to hopefully get the bar area some help. The food, a 10! The bartender and the other girl that came to help him a few times, 10!!! The fact that someone is making the ONE bartender also take orders from the tables in the bar area....that's just poor management!! He was taking care of me & 5 other people at the bar along with all the drink orders coming in from the main floor. He don't need to wait on tables on top of that. Get it together Hideaway! How I have not reviewed Hideaway Pizza yet is beyond me. In a town rife with pizza joints across the spectrum, Hideaway has the distinction of being pretty much the only place I will eat pizza at. Having kids, we sort of hit the gamut of pizza possibilities in Owasso, from the occasional 'take n bake' to the well known delivery joints. On those nights I usually pass on the pizza and scrounge up something in the kitchen... stale bread, ramen noodles... slightly fuzzy and mysterious stuff in that one container in the back of the fridge. Anything but pizza. But with Hideaway, I'm all in... Whether it's take out or eat in, they never fail to satisfy my taste buds, and even more importantly, their sauce never leaves me tasting pizza all night long. Trust me... THAT is a plus... a big one. I have yet to have ANYTHING on their menu that I didn't like. From specialty pizzas like the ABT and the Big Country to sandwiches and pastas, and appetizers. Put a plate of their meatballs or fried mushrooms in front of me and I'm on it like a fat dog on a soup bone. In fact, it's not uncommon for me to make lunch out of an order of mushrooms. If I had one single thing I'd like to see them do different, it would be to bust open the choices for pastas. I'm not a huge penne fan, and it's a crying shame I can't get an order of spaghetti with their awesome meatballs and that perfect marinara sauce. Always on point.... always hot and fresh... never a letdown. As good as it gets anywhere. read more

I've never had a bad meal at Hideaway, so glad they've opened one in Owasso now. Let me first say we had a complex order and while my family was ordering I thought- Oh no, this is going to go sideways.  I'll start from the beginning.  My littles have strong opinions.  They don't like red sauce or thin crust.  We asked the waitress if we could get the children's pizzas hand tossed instead of thin.  She checked with the kitchen and could!  Great!!  We start to order.  Two children's pizzas, hand tossed with alfredo sauce.  One light alfredo, one regular.  We also ordered a half Boz (jalapeno, bell pepper and sausage on the side...UGH, per teenagers request) the other half Pollinator.  The children's pizza came out on what looked like thin crust with red sauce.  All the pizzas came out somewhat overdone.  We said nothing about the extra crispy pizza but we had to say something about the kid's pizza.  The waitress apologized profusely.  She said that was her mistake and she would have it fixed.  She left the incorrect pizzas.  While waiting for the corrections, my daughter actually tasted and liked the red sauce pizza enough to eat both!  The upside of all this is she will now eat regular pizza!!  Thank you!!  The alfredo pizzas arrived on what appeared to be thin crust again.  We said nothing.  Our waitress had already apologized so many times and I felt awful for having a complicated order.  I think if she had repeated our order that may have helped in this situation. read more

We ate there while visiting our son and his family. we were able to dine-in...unlike in California and the ambience was really great. They had upstairs and downstairs dining areas. Their deep-fried mushrooms were the best I have ever tasted! I got a personal-sized pizza and it was PLENTY for me! We will definitely go back there the next time we visit! read more

After placing an online order a hour in advance they still managed to make the wrong pizza entirely. As somebody who has worked in a restaurant for the past five years I understand mistakes happen but the manager on duty showed no remorse to the fact we were made late to a birthday party (as the ones bringing the food). Further, once we made it to the party four of our five pizzas and two orders of fried mushrooms were cold. Update: we received $10 worth of "Hideaway Bucks" for our $26 pizza. read more
