My husband showed me a photo of the pizza and said, "How's this look?" "Looks good!" Eufaula is a nice little town with restaurants, shops, and typical small town businesses. There's even a Eufaula Museum across from Mama Tigs. We sat at the window facing the street. The table was made from a slice of a tree with the bark visible, but it was shellacked, of course. It reminded me of pizza we get from a Brooklyn Italian family-owned restaurant in our small town of Haslet. The cheese and the crust... We also got a side salad with house made ranch. It was delicious as well. Everything was simple and so tasty. The owner, or who I assume was the owner, was serving another table and asked if they were passing through. They live in Northwest Arkansas and Mama Tigs is their usual lunch spot (there are a few other locations). The owner said most people are visiting the nearby lake or passing through to Branson, when I said "That's what we're doing."
