Best pizza and wing spot in town. The cup-n-curl pepperoni is a must-try! And the wings are cooked perfectly every time, with a great flavor! read more

BEWARE OF WAIT TIMES WHEN USING YELP. LOVE the food. HATE having to use Yelp for wait times. We have called our local Hideaway many times for the wait time and they always tell us to check Yelp. But Yelp makes you download the app and creat an account to use it. It's SUPER inconvenient. Not only that, it's INCREDIBLY inaccurate. Yelp always says a lesser wait time. The wait time at the location when you arrive is always DOUBLE (or more) what Yelp says. Not only do they always have an excuse for why they can't give you the current wait time ("I'm not at the front" "I work in the back" etc.), but the amount of time they waste telling you to download Yelp and that Yelp can give you a "more accurate" wait time, they could've just told you how long the wait really is. If you can't tell, we're frustrated. read more

the food was pretty good and delicious, but the service was completely nonexistent, the waitress was rude to us until she messed up our order then she started to act a bit nice. read more

Great atmosphere with plenty of TVs with all sorts of shows and stuff for everybody to watch. Coloring pages for kids, my 2 year old daughter loves coloring the cars. Great pizza, great appetizer, and you get to keep the cup! read more

Pizza & sandwiches are really good only reason for 4 stars is we order online every time (very easy) and curb side pickup and every time have you wait beyond pickup time sometimes up to 20 min last few times have set pickup for like 45 min after order and still wait for it but I would rather wait than have a cold pizza and curb side employees are always friendly read more

This has become our favorite pizza establishment in the River Valley. The food is good, the service is good, and happy hour is great! Be sure to try the fried mush rooms. We've been eating at the Oklahoma stores for over 20 years and they are consistently good places to dine. Keep up the good work! read more

Some colleagues and I went here for dinner. Evening started slowly and we were having problems getting drinks to the table. I tracked down the waitress (who was new) and she said she would get the manager. Allyson, the manager tracked down the problem and kept us informed with what had happened and she rectified the issues. She also compensated each of us on our meals. A potential problem was diverted by a wonderful solution. The food was awesome, and the atmosphere turned festive for all involved. Great job by the staff and Management. read more

Great crust, great toppings! Best part of the staff was watching Dakota interact with the kids while tossing crust. They were amazed!! Loved getting pizza dough at our tables on pizza trays for the kids to play with and make their own shaped pizza crusts. Will definitely be back. read more

Great food great service! They were great during COVID! The pizza and the service didn't change! Always great!

Awful service. I don't want to names because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. We sat at the bar, were barely acknowledged and almost had to beg for each order we made. Our 50/50 appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive and was delivered by a different server. The bartender seemed annoyed we were there and it seemed like we were getting intentionally bad service. Possibly a bad day, but completely unacceptable. read more

Oh my goodness. I ordered the Cobb salad and it was amazing. Lots of everything good!!! Loved the crispy chicken and bacon bits, super fresh veggies. It was perfect. Also the pasta bake was great. Just the right amount of Marinara and crispy garlic toast. Will definitely go back. read more

Food is good but very pricey. 2 entrees and 2 beers over $40 plus tip. Pizzas were the small size and were $15. Very proud of their food I guess! read more

I had a really nice server who didn't badger us and was very helpful in guiding us to an amazing choice of pizza. I have never been here before and am so I glad stopped in! I'll definitely be back!! read more

Can't come back. Really like the pizza but when I go for pick up they miss the time by at least 30-45 minutes. If they would just give the correct time, I could either decide to wait or choose another restaurant. The past 4 times I have had to sit in my car for at least 40 minutes. I'm writing this in my car at Hideaway and won't be back. So sorry. read more

I love hideaway!!!! Originally from Oklahoma and so glad they came to Fort Smith! Tried limited pizzas: The Fort, 3rd Street, and The Pollinator and they were great!! Also have vegetarian and gluten free options available. The staff and atmosphere are so welcoming, I will be returning! read more

I mistakenly placed an order to the Tulsa location and the manager Ben and cashier Jade fixed the problem within minutes! They were super friendly and so professional. One of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant by far. Thank you! read more

Love Hideaway! Have always had great food and service. Have been to the Fort Smith location many times.

Mediocre pizza that is not worth the price. You can get the same, if not better quality at a place like dominos and save yourself some money. I have done pick up 2 times and both times something was wrong or not ready (even tho I arrived after the pick up time). Overall, not very impressed with the establishment. read more

The food is pretty true to the original in Stillwater that I haunted with friends many moons ago in school at OSU. Great salads. Their Ranch dressing is one of the best ever! Treat yourself to fried mushrooms (dip them in Ranch and pop 'em in...a Stillwater tradition). Meatball appetizer is good. Dependably decent wings and toasted ravioli. Now, a toasted meatball, mozzarella, marinara Hero...that's stomach-lovin'! Really good pizza, too! (I like the thin crust.) Good beer selection. Nice bar with big TVs that aren't just Sports. Friendly and capable wait staff and bartenders. Good place for single diners, couples, parties of all sizes. Great for families. Very reasonably priced. read more

It was better than I thought! I got the paradise pizza, and it was pretty tasty! My husband and I were not fans of their cheese bread, though. Too much bread and not enough cheese for me. I also wasn't very impressed with their price point, but you get a good amount of pizza. read more

We love Hideaway! The cauliflower crust pizza is fantastic. Love the fried mushrooms and toasted ravioli too. Best marinara ever. We always sit at the bar and we do love Maddie as someone else said, but all employees have been so friendly. I'm a Stillwater girl so not new to Hideaway but SO glad it's on Fort Smith now! read more

We called ahead for a specialty pizza due to dietary restrictions. Hideaway got it right the first time and it was delicious!!! The have prompt, courteous drive-thru pick up to keep us all safe from spreading illness. The second time we called ahead, they had our previous order on their computer and they whipped it up, perfect. We'll be happy repeat customers. Thank you Hideaway, you're the best!!! read more

Tried this place out a few weeks ago, was very glad I did! The Garlic Knots are awesome, the pizza is delicious, and they even gave my 3 year old some pizza dough to play with. Maybe the best pizza in the River Valley next to Pappa's Pizza, and without the heavy cigarette smoke. My family will definitely be back! read more

Yummy and great service! We will be back. The wait was not as long as quoted. The fried mushrooms and atw did not disappoint. It was delicious! My daughter loved playing with the pizza dough as we waited for our food. I can't wait to come back to try more. read more

The pizza is great but when ordering curb side take out, there is almost always long delays for the pizza to brought out to my car. I do not plan to come back read more

EVERY TIME we place a curbside order we are told to pull around your pizza is ready and EVERY TIME we end up waiting 10-15 minutes. This time a "mishap" with one of our pizzas has caused a 20 minute delay. Why do we continue to do this? Well the pizza is dang good....but something has got to be fixed with the service! read more

The food is delicious and we have always received great service. My family loves this restaurant.

The food was really good probably will not go back unless the service gets better... I had to chase down the waiter to get a refill. Never came back to check on us. Not very good management. read more
