The problem was the capacitor so he wrote out some options and gave some advice and estimates. I got the capacitor replaced fairly quickly and it was decently price for it. I would like to update my experience the tech did claim he changed my capacitor, then claimed I had…read morea leak in my refrigerant... then kept trying to push me to change the whole AC system for 4-5 k then gave me quotes for 12-13 k. When the real issue was the capacitor! Which is only maybe 50 bucks at any hardware store. He tried to keep me away from the only true issue. See pics for proof But I will say this the owner contacted me and apologized for this awful experience. I really appreciate and respect that. He offered to reimburse me for this experience and I respect that. He looked into the issue and he took accountability and that's not common. So I really appreciate how this situation was handled. I will still warn everyone to always get a second opinion and be careful out there. I will be giving them another chance as long as this situation never happens again.

They are only open Monday through Friday and calling on a Saturday, they said they could forward my info to the main office for Monday to even call me back to set something up for later than that. I think that's totally fine, but when my air broke on a Friday PM at like 6 and I was looking for weekend service, they advertised poorly and aren't able to help.
