When I started counting out the 20's the woman asked if I had an account with them and I said no. They told me they only make change for account holders and would not help me. I have exchanged money for different denominations at many banks and NEVER have been refused if I was not an account holder. Will never go here again or use their ATM either since they get a fee from me for doing it.

We had good experienced with Eastern bank and we have been a customer for more than 20 years. But today the teller is different. She is rude, not helpful, not informative, she doesn't know what she is doing. I wonder how she got that job. We gave her all required information she asked for wire transfer including "swift code". She asked us country code of the bank. I said we don't know and we asked if that is a bank thing. She said everyone knows. So I told her " then why didn't you know?" She didn't even know Bangkok is the capital of Thailand ( I am not lying) and she told us like we have to know that information. We left the bank without transferring money.
