(lazy me copied from his website). Basically he can do whatever your little heart desires with your moola. Well almost anything, he can't help you if you decide to hide it under your mattress! My most recent visit was to cash out my 401K and pension from my former employer. We had a long discussion about my future plans, how I want to live when I retire and all of my options. Jeff will go into as much detail as you want with his explanations so that you feel comfortable about how your money will be handled. He even has a powerpoint with all sorts of information. My transfer went smoothly, he did a conference call with me to get things started. Claire got all the paperwork ready and all I had to do was bring them the check when it came. I get monthly statements which show all my balances and also receive detailed summaries when my money moves around. Jeff isn't just some bank employee who's taken a couple of courses and can only give you a limited number of choices. If you have a 401K to transfer or are nearing retirement, Jeff would be a valuable asset to helping you retire in comfort.

There were mistakes on our tax returns, that should have been reviewed before forwarding to the IRS. It took 2 to 3 years to resolve the issue and receive compensation. Today, we called to change time of appointment.... The receptionist misheard or deliberately over exaggerated what my husband requested. We then receive a call from owner yelling that we have a choice to apologize to the receptionist or take our business elsewhere, without asking what happened. That was an easy and welcome decision. We usually don't receive such drama and explosive behavior from professionals, we already have a new accountant!
