If I could give these guys 10 stars that's what I would give them. We first met Bill Rabbit and Matt Carpenter at a HS school event we couldn't stay long because my husband wasn't well. We left but I didn't forget them. Weeks later it was time to start submitting the FASFA and life at home was crazy and the thought of paperwork was unbearable. Sooo I called the guys and the process started. They filled the papers, my twins were accepted to the college of their dreams and the appeals started. There was NO way we could afford the colleges the girls choose.....but wait we had Bill. Well all I could say is they both got amazing grant and scholarship and Bill advised and guided us every step of the way. Then a year later my one daughter decided to change colleges OMG not again. This was a more expensive university but yes you guessed it Bill came thru again. Letters, appeals, phone calls she got an amazing scholarship/grant and again her dream came true. Listen you could go it alone but you won't be calm, you won't get the results these guys do and you don't know what they know. Applying to college is stressful enough, and when you think of having to deal with the financial aspect of it, it becomes even more stressful. Thankfully I found Matt. I was introduced to Matt Carpenter at CFS, through a friend whose niece was already getting help from Matt and she also had friends who Matt was helping. I thought then that he must be the real deal. I have to admit, by far the BEST decision ever made. Matt sat with my parents and I and went over step-by-step of what he was going to do and how it was going to be done. Bill was the right person at the right time for us. We were so frustrated trying to navigate thru the system of paperwork and keep hitting roadblocks. We were very intimidated by all the financial paperwork that needed to be compiled for the FAFSA and grant/scholarship/loans but Bill Rabbit walked us through every single step and explained things to us as many times as it took to get the understanding we needed to complete the process. We were worried that we would not qualify for much aid and with some credit dings on our record we were certain we would be turned down.
