Based on my situation, my 2016 tax return was a little bit complex since too much life events happened to me and my family, such as big moving to different state, became a veteran, job status changed, etc. Trust me, I tried my best to call all of the number on the yelp for "Tax service near Boston", and none of the tax service facilities or companies could offer me a wonderful solution, which kinda beyond their acknowledge. In addition, he was telling us we had some of our paperwork that he asked for wrong when in fact, it was not wrong. Then he started berating us and was very condescending. He was actually putting this stuff in a very harsh tone in emails. In my opinion, it felt like instead of working with us on what needed to be done, he was bullying us. We were shocked.
