We used Aladdin Appraisal to help us determine the value of the single family house my wife and I live in for estate planning purposes. A real estate agent's competitive market analysis just does not compare to an appraisal that is done according to the guidelines established by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. If you need to be properly informed about the value of your property and do not want to rely on the word of someone that has an interest in your transaction, a proper appraisal is a must,. Adam provide the appraisal at a reasonable rate , in a reasonable time and answered any questions we had about his determination of value. When second best just wont do, a call to Aladdin Appraisal is the course of action I recommend.. read more

I had never met Adam Wiener, but as a Realtor®, I was fortunate enough to be on his email list. When I reached out with a question about one of my listings, Adam generously spent 35 minutes on the phone with me, carefully dissecting the issue and becoming genuinely invested in helping me find a solution. He then went above and beyond by following up the very next morning with additional information that proved incredibly valuable. In a time when this level of service is increasingly rare, Adam's generosity, expertise, and sincere willingness to help were truly invaluable. The care and attention he gave to someone he had never even met spoke volumes about both his character and his professionalism. I'm incredibly grateful and would highly recommend him! read more

I recently met Adam when he came to appraise one of my listings. I instantly noticed how pleasant, approachable and professional he is. He is one of the most detailed appraisers I have met and he really took the time to truly assess the property. He did his own measuring to ensure every inch of square footage was accounted for and he pointed out all the great features in the home that added value. He certainly knows his stuff! We also discussed other great ways he could bring an agent value, including helping price a home prior to hitting the market, if it's new construction or if it's just very difficult to price due to lack of comparables. I was impressed and I know I'll be reaching out to him in the near future! read more

I selected Aladdin Appraisal's because 1. I wanted someone who understood I needed a home appraised for estate tax purposes, NOT to sell. 2. I also read the reviews and thought, ok, make a phone call at least. I am so glad I did too! From the beginning, my concerns were put to rest, the process of booking a date and time were respected since I work a split shift. Adam not only arrived a bit early, he actually took his shoes off when he entered my home which was so not necessary. His eye for detail was welcomed and his knowledge from previous backgrounds were appreciated. I would use this company again if I ever needed an appraiser. read more

As a real estate professional, I can appreciate how valuable this information is to a current or future property owner looking to justify potential improvements before committing themselves either way. Adam brings experience in real estate as well as remodeling and construction which makes his analysis thorough, comprehensive and well communicated. If you are thinking of renovating and want to know if you are adding as much value as you think, call Adam for his professional opinion. read more

You may think that all appraisals are the same but they are not! I learned this when I actually had my second appraisal of a property a few years later. When the appraiser was leaving after only a short visit I asked about measuring and was told they just "look it up". The team at Aladdin had taught me during an earlier appraisal to always measure because sometimes what is on record is wrong. You don't always have a choice of who does your appraisal but when you do, choose Aladdin! read more
