I bought a piece of used woodworking machinery from these folks…read more It was represented as all in good working condition. The crate arrived with some shipping damage. One of the machine's two heating elements was not working and had obviously not worked for many years (fried wiring inside, element installed upside down. The electrical receptacles (two) were badly cracked. I called and offered to make all the repairs myself if they would send me two replacement receptacles. I never heard back from them. They could at least have cared enough to call me and say they couldn't find them, how can they help, etc. Just sloppy in the customer service department. The machine is working fine now after quite a few hours of repair.
