He completed his inspection of Wed, 01/17/24 and, due to his unavailabilty on the weekend, promissed to send the report in the beginning of next week!!! After a week, we followed with a call on Wed, 01/24/24, he had not started the report, but promissed to complete it as a priority. Communications are abscent. It's 01/31/24 no report has been done. Prior to contacting Leslie, I had great angst of this whole appraisal/sale of items process. I didn't want to feel foolish or be taken advantage of in any way. I had heard how you do not always get the true value of items if you go to a jeweler who then purchases these items. Leslie was very quick to reply to my email and honest around her fees. We scheduled an appt. and I brought my various items to her office for the consultation appt. During our appt, Leslie was very respectful of all of the pieces. She tests items and uses her microscope with you in the room. I felt like she was very thorough, and any questionable items, she agreed to test further.
