This is the second time ordering from them through Uber Eats and everywhere on maps, they're websites, and the Uber Eats app will says they're open and they're not! I've called them, no response. Why have it shown everywhere that your opened when you're not? So now I have to wait for a refund through Uber Eats. Ok where do I start, terrible experience a whole hour. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to make rice. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make chicken. Another 10 minutes to make vegetables. And another 15-20 minutes for orders to be packed and ready. Everything took longer than it should have. They would not send food out until ALL orders were finished being made. They laid out 15 plates, served all with rice first once it was done, then they started making the meats, AND THEN they started the vegetables. NONE got lids until ALL orders were complete, which caused many orders along with both of mine (basic chicken plates) lose warmth. Halfway into packing, the lady with long nails who was packaging the food, with NO GLOVES by the way, took another 2 orders before the food was covered, HANDLED CASH, and then went back to packing with NO GLOVES OR SANITIZING HANDS. On top of that, my orders were incomplete, as they were both missing the vegetables. Checked on the menu and it comes with rice, chicken, AND vegetables. If that was the case, I could've got my order at least 20 minutes sooner. Didn't realized until I got home, called the truck to see how I can get reimbursed, but no answer. On top of that the chicken was tough and dry, thanks to sitting out uncovered for so long. I basically just got rice plates with a sprinkle of chicken. On top of that the lady only gave me half of the sauces I was supposed to get. Pictures attached so people can see for themselves. Thank goodness the rain stopped, that's the only way this could've been worse. I definitely wasn't the only person bothered by all of this either, as there were others in line who felt the same. Hey Yelpers!!! Wow!! This place is 5 stars for a food truck! Don't know where the bad reviews are coming from, but this is my 2nd time here because I visit Downey about every other month and this place is great, good food with good flavor and the customer service is always good! This food truck is great and one of the best I've tasted and experienced. I've had the chicken, shrimp and steak and today just had the steak and chicken. Along with the fried rice, the flavor the seasoning and overall flavor profile of this meal is simply delish! Ambiance, well it's a food truck so don't know how much ambience there is. Only thing that I would say, is perhaps bringing a portable table and chairs so clients who want to just order and eat, have somewhere to sit vs having only to go orders. I think this would be a great concept and probably make this food truck and more attractive to passerby's ! read more

Went yesterday for their "bogo" deal. When we ordered we told the guy specifically the chicken plate and he said "the one on special? Bogo?" Yes that one. And we ordered a extra steak plate on the side. Told us 30 min and we ended up waiting AN HOUR, besides that, he only gave us 2 plates TWO when it should've been 3 and he had the nerve to say we didn't ask for the bogo when literally that's what everyone goes for !!!!! So he said another 10-15 min for a chicken plate, ended up being another 20 minutes on top of the hour we had already waited. To top it off my husband ordered a steak plate and they gave him steak and chicken with no veggies , we NEVER said no veggies we even asked for the veggies well done. We decided to try this place because we drive past it every night and it's always busy. That day it was only me waiting to order it took them at least 30 minutes to take my order by the time i was ordering there were at least 15 people behind me. They tell me at least 40 minutes wait time. They then took all the people order. I wait well over an hour in a half for my food by the time I actually got my order the food was cold. I'm giving this place three stars because the food was good. I have to say it wasn't amazing for what I purchased! I got rice and steak for $25! I could have literally had better food for much less! I just think the food is decent but for the price that you pay it is totally not worth it! The customer service was awesome. I asked for a medium rare steak I got well done and I got vegetables when I asked for no vegetables. They were sweet enough to exchange it for me. I've seen this truck in Lynwood before, but never tried it. Yesterday I attended the i love r&b event in Long Beach and ordered a steak plate. It took forever to receive my order BUT we were at an event so I understand why the service was a bit delayed. This plate was amazing. I ordered this early and carried with me all night & when I got home after the event I ate finally got to eat. The steak was juicy and flavorful. Came to the hibachi house expecting an amazing first experience to order their buy one get one chicken promo the lady said we would have to order it online. once we tried several times, I went back to explain to her if there was a promo on the online website but she was very rude and told us she can't do anything about it, I asked what can I do and she continued to say the promotion ends at 9:00pm and if I come back it has to be online. Very unprofessional as it seemed, i said I would wait for the manager and she seemed like she would only take me in because I agreed to wait for the owner of the business. I drove down a long way and had an unfortunate day just expecting a nice dinner. I also ended up wanting to pay for other items and she said they were out of them. But upon hearing others order their buy one get one, she didn't give them a hard time and said they had the items in stock. FIREEEEEE!!! First time trying hibachi and we saw that 323 was at a block party and had to try it out. We did it big and got the filet mignon & shrimp plate. I was so close to getting a lobster tail too but i didn't want to over due it. As for the sauces we got one of of each. I prefer the garlic butter Their fried rice was bomb and they didn't skimp us on that end at all. Meat was cooked just how we asked and the shrimp was very flavorful. They were busy busy and with good reason you can see the Cooks going crazy in the back to fulfill orders. It was definitely worth the wait and i even have leftovers for next days lunch! read more
