I'm giving this place three stars because the food was good. I have to say it wasn't amazing for what I purchased! I got rice and steak for $25! I could have literally had better food for much less! I just think the food is decent but for the price that you pay it is totally not worth it! The customer service was awesome. I asked for a medium rare steak I got well done and I got vegetables when I asked for no vegetables. They were sweet enough to exchange it for me. I did ask for no vegetables because I'm allergic to mushroom but that I didn't mind. If I'm paying $25 for a steak I was hoping for amazing, but it was just ok. read more

I've seen this truck in Lynwood before, but never tried it. Yesterday I attended the i love r&b event in Long Beach and ordered a steak plate. It took forever to receive my order BUT we were at an event so I understand why the service was a bit delayed. This plate was amazing. I ordered this early and carried with me all night & when I got home after the event I ate finally got to eat. The steak was juicy and flavorful. I am looking forward to trying out the food truck in Downey or Lynwood soon. I can't stop craving hibachi & it's all thanks to you guys! Great food, good staff! read more

FIREEEEEE!!! First time trying hibachi and we saw that 323 was at a block party and had to try it out. We did it big and got the filet mignon & shrimp plate. I was so close to getting a lobster tail too but i didn't want to over due it. As for the sauces we got one of of each. I prefer the garlic butter Their fried rice was bomb and they didn't skimp us on that end at all. Meat was cooked just how we asked and the shrimp was very flavorful. They were busy busy and with good reason you can see the Cooks going crazy in the back to fulfill orders. It was definitely worth the wait and i even have leftovers for next days lunch! read more

I don't know why this place has bad reviews the food is so freaking good! I'm actually in town seeing a client and I'm staying in the area and I recognized the truck from when I used to live in downtown LA last year and decided to pop over and grab a bite. I ordered the New York steak plate with fried rice and it was so freaking good. I do recall ordering the chicken in downtown LA and I didn't like the chicken but the steak today was perfect and is normally good from what I recall in DTLA and cooked perfect. While the food was good, it wasn't exactly what we ordered. We ordered shrimp and lobster combos, X2 along with veggies and 4 sauces. We only got lobster fried rice, no veggies no sauces. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Left a voice mail and no response back. Ordered from door dash and they gave a small discount of $5.51. Each plate was $44.00! We ordered lobster and shrimp combo. Which included vegetables and we upgraded to fried rice. What they gave us was lobster fried rice which is $26.00. That is a huge difference in price! $36 is what they owe us. I'm complaining about bad customer service. We paid a lot of money and didn't get what we ordered. Chicken fried rice is never ready they over charge for plates and won't tell customers and serve plates with white rice . And I specifically ordered chicken fried rice in all plates came home to white rice this is the second time this has happened. Very unprofessional and overpriced . read more

I was craving hibachi and instead of going to Benihanas I choose to try Hibachi House, when I got there the girl said it would be 30 mins because the cook had gone on break , so I left and went to go get a cocktail and came back 45 mins later and the girl said oh shes still not here she in the bathroom but she was actually having a smoke near the back of the truck yet I decided to wait , finally I was able to place my order and she said there was no veggies and at that point I just wanted to get some food. Once I got my food she said they had ran out of sauces and only had two garlic butter left. At that point I was annoyed and wished I had gone to Benihanas! I get home and notice they didn't give me chicken fried rice which i paid extra for it literally was just fried rice.
