My coworkers and I come here regularly for lunch, I will admit it's probably a 3 star buffet in terms of quality but it's only $16 for all you can eat lunch so why would you complain. The food was honestly really good, which is why this review is disappointing to leave. Unfortunately, the service made the experience uncomfortable. Before we were even done eating, the waitress brought the check and it felt like we were being rushed out. My wife got up to grab more food and the waitress pointed at me and said, "he pay." Then, while I was still eating, she looked at the receipt, saw there was no tip, and said out loud, "no tip???" That completely changed the atmosphere for us. For a Chinese buffet, this place is very good. This is our second time here and we are not disappointed. We came in at 3:45, and it was dinner time already, but that's ok because you have many more food options for dinner than you do for lunch. Everything was VERY clean, and fresh. The staff is around and available to help you if you need it. The bathroom is also very clean. They have a lot of options no matter what your taste or diet may be. We did the hibachi and it was fresh and cooked to your specifications in front of you. I asked for less oil and the chef was very accommodating. We also did the sushi bar and everything we tried was excellent! We tried a bunch of different foods from the main buffet and they were all fresh and good. There are a lot of seafood options, salad and dessert options, as well as kid friendly fare such as pizza, fries, and chicken tenders. Wow! This was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had in my life! The server made my son cry... he asked for a refill, and she responded with "Oh my god" then said stuff in her language that I couldn't understand. She walked away with a dirty look at my son and came back not assisting my table. My son bursted into tears and wasn't happy with how he was treated. Also, this was at a birthday dinner too - she treated his friends horribly! She continued to complain on and on and on again for no reason and she doesn't provide good service and gives low effort. Also, she demanded a tip and there was 12 people at the party, she asked for 12 dollars for every single one of us. Whenever somebody at our table asked for something she always complained with "Oh my God," and continues to say stuff in her language. My son and his friend asked for a fork for dessert and she didn't want to get two forks. His friend asked first and he asked for two forks and she complained when all she had to do was get forks; if she wants to complain as a waitress then she shouldn't be doing her job. Not to mention, she kept on asking us to give money by constantly coming over to the table trying to get a HUGE tip. Also, I asked the other lady for help and she stood there looking dead in my eye and walked off. I'm proud of the boss for their leadership and sticking up for what was right - she definitely helped by telling her that she shouldn't be doing stuff like that. Solid Asian buffet, plus hibachi and sushi. Go on Saturdays for better price and no crowds. Service very quick and consistent. The variety is exactly what you expect from any Chinese menu plus basic salad bar, soups, basic desserts (coffee and strawberry gelatin cakes, frozen cup ice cream and sherbet, puddings, donuts, and fruit), and Western foods. It's along a strip of highway punctuated by small strip malls/store groups so plenty around to do before and after and parking is plentiful. I went into this place on invitation and I was expecting the worst after reading the Yelp reviews and seeing the 2.5 Don't worry, this place is far better than the 2.5 it currently stands at. The food is decent. Its at least on par with other Chinese buffets in the area. It definitely lacks in variety, but what they do have isn't bad, and considering the low price, you won't feel ripped off. I won't go as far to recommend this place, but I will say if you're considering eating here and its not out of your way, don't let the Yelp reviews scare you. Its not that bad. read more

These people needed to replace this gross, greasy, carpeting 5 years ago. Several of the booths need to be reupholstered as well. It's very obvious that they aren't spending any money on this place. Two years after the Plandemic, these people are still wearing face diapers. ‍ Every time I come here, they are removing an item from the lunch buffet. Their buttered triple, should now be called buttered double, because it no longer has calamari in it. Came in at 3:25 pm on 6/19/24. Asked for lunch. The person up front says no lunch, just dinner. I point her to their website, which says lunch is served until 3:30 pm. She points me to their clock, which shows 3:31 pm. I say your clock is wrong. I show her my cell phone time. We go back and forth, in circles, and then she says how can you eat lunch so quickly, implying I'd have to eat in less than 5 minutes, thereby admitting their clock is wrong. But guess what, that argument is wrong, because they would put out cards on dinner-only items, if a person comes in for lunch, but the time crosses over to dinner. Either way, they live in their own time zone, living by their own clock. Their wanting to charge me for dinner when it is clearly lunch time, is "allegedly" fraudulent, in case they actually decide to take this further and claim "alleged" slander. Unfortunately I have to cover my bases there as well, but that is okay. I am sick of this kind of behavior. And I have the pictures to prove it all, so my next stop is the BBB. Decent buffet, we used to go as a family years ago and since Covid happened, haven't really been to the place as a family. Most of the foods are kind of over seasoned and salty, makes you keep on drinking eventually makes you full faster than usual. Service is decent, depending on the waitress. Usually don't expect too much out of a Chinese buffet, so I really wanted to like this place, but there weren't enough strong points to give it a 3 star. First - Slow with refilling buffet. I mean, really slow. Crayfish and snow crabs are a given, but even the basic chicken and beef dishes took awhile. This leads to people "camping out" at the buffet station waiting for the entree to get brought out, which is then immediately depleted. This slowness also goes for my drink. Waitress would refill it only when I flagged her down to ask. And I had to ask often because the food was somewhat salty, which kept me parched throughout dinner. So I needed to drink often (Part of the buffet master plan???) Being a buffet, this place offers a large variety of food. So you will find something you can eat, something fresh, something lower in sodium. But if you can't enjoy EVERYTHING, well that defeats the purpose of a buffet, doesn't it? One saving grace for this place was that the staff was nice. Very nice actually. And the space is huge. Plenty of room for a party, maybe even a small wedding! Starts with food coloring to disguise cheap product so you think it something else, such unhealthy food, chemicals taste, and then overcharge you for all the junk they serve you. The manager claimed the website they advertise their prices isn't Hibachi's website at all and someone else is running it on their behalf.... So they are not responsible for any of its content.... Fool me thrice, shame on me. Chinese buffet used to be my favorite. I've tried this place about once a year since it opened. Before, it was an adequate choice. Conveniently close. Then we went in 2021 and I figured pandemic was why it was terrible. 2022, possibly still recovering. Today, holy crap. The only things that looked (and were) edible were the mixed vegetables and chicken with broccoli. And the white rice and about half the sushi wasn't terrible. There were no wontons in the soup, no steamed dumplings, no oysters (for the best). All of their bins were empty the whole time we were there. I tried a bit of everything to justify even being there. I tried a clam and had to spit it into my napkin because I couldn't chew it. The chocolate moussy thing was ok I guess. And I tried a cookie. We ended up paying $71 plus tip for two adults and two children and I'm just sad. And it's $2.25 a refill on a cup filled to the top with ice. I had hoped the cars in the parking lot indicated that it'd be good but I was mistaken. I'll keep looking. read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. My fiancé and went to try it and everything somehow had no flavor. The butter tasted like watery oil somehow, the sushi was dry and had an interesting texture. Tried to find something worth eating and it turned out to be their plantains and fried dough. Go to Hibachi Grill at your own risk. Every single dish is hit or miss. The cold seafood (shrimp, oysters, mussel) was mostly just flavorless however a few shrimp were excellent and the mussels and oysters tasted quite fishy. If you are looking for the "higher end" fish like crab legs, lobster or clams, be prepared to fight the other guests for your chance to get one piece since they only put out a very small amount at a time. (Even if you do get some chances are it will be washed out, salty, or fishy - or a combination of these). The Chinese dishes are so loaded with salt that only our 10 year was able to enjoy them. There was a large quantity of fried foods but we avoided those so can't really say how it was. There is also a carving area with steak and ham. The ham was just awful. Salty and sour tasting. Never had sour ham before so not sure how that even happens. The steak on the other hand was the star. It was not the highest quality but the flavor was excellent. The sushi and hibachi stations are on the back wall. The nigiri primarily uses the fake Krab yet still manages to be fishy. The sushi does use nice looking pieces of real fish although even when first put out they were dry. The hibachi has a good selection of proteins (beef, pork, shrimp) along with a decent selection of vegetables (plus pineapple). However there is no selection of sauces (not small, literally no sauces)- they will use soy sauce when they cook it if you want. The desserts are very basic. Choices of fruit, jellos, and puddings along with ice cream or sherbet cups. Overall the pricing is cheap but so is the food. read more

Why oh why do people keep taking me to these places? This is the last buffet that I will go to for the rest of my duration in Philly. This place was the last straw. From here on out, I am going to make a stand. A stand against cheap (quality) food. Getting diarrhea isn't just an anomaly eating at one of these shit holes. I've been here a couple of times with my parents and the food here is ok but not great. It is located on 309 right by the Honda dealership in Montgomeryville. It can be a little tricky to get in if you are traveling southbound so your best bet is to enter the place going northbound on 309. Exiting the place will only get you heading northbound on 309 and it can be a little tricky to check to see if the traffic is clear to get back on 309. As for the food, it's better than some of the other chinese buffets that are in the area but it's not great. The sushi was ok but I have seen more variety at other buffets. The hibachi station was also ok but nothing like a proper hibachi restaurant. There are quite a few food stations but not as much variety as the size of the place would suggest. There are plenty of seats available for dining. There is even an area where it seems that you can have a private party but might just serve as an overflow area for customers. Being that the place is still fairly new, it's still clean. Hopefully it stays that way as the place stays open. And yes, this place is wheelchair accessible. Prices do vary between lunch and dinner and are reasonable. Overall, it's not a bad place; however, if I had a craving for really good sushi or hibachi, I would go to a proper place. read more
