The rolls were solid too, however we didn't try their hibachi so I can't say anything about those items. For the price, the quality is honestly hard to beat around here. We've got a few sushi spots nearby but this one is quickly becoming one of my go to favorites in the area. As someone who has worked in this industry, I recognized just how chaotic it was for the staff. However, the service from start to finish was impeccable. And the food was absolutely delicious. All of these folks had several people to deal with from moment to moment, yet they treated each interaction at a very personal and attentive level. I would like to give particular emphasis on the two ladies at the front desk/hostess stand. I believe one of them was named London if I recall correctly. Absolutely amazing service from them. And the bartender, her name was Tina. She was by herself and getting absolutely slammed with orders from the restaurant and people waiting to be seated. And while we were there, there was also an upset customer she was trying to handle a dispute with, yet she handled that, and everyone else waiting in queue, with absolute professionalism and kindness. The server, and the hibachi chef, were also very good and warm and welcoming. Very impressed with how everybody handled such a chaotic night. We will be back.
