We have been here for lunch several times and this is the first time for dinner. There is no significant difference in the variety of dishes. We particularly appreciate Sundy's warm and enthusiastic service, which is one of the reasons we chose this place.

Is been a minute since we've been back but this place used to be one of our favorites! Even though everyone was so so nice it did not make up for the food. This was THE buffet to go to because they served bomb chicken feet, pork knuckles, frog legs, crawfish.. The chicken feet was still good. We were actually able to bribe one of my boys to try one. But everything else was either barely seasoned or just tasted off. Most of the hot foods were barely warm. Like even the soups were lukewarm. The hot and sour soup was bland.. and egg drop had a metallic taste like it was poured put of a can. Some of the sushi was probably from the previous day because the rice was mush.. We weren't really happy with our visit since we were expecting what they used to be. Maybe they're under new management or something but quality of food has def went down.. Also, they really need to put up "wet signs" because the whole time there we were having to be careful how we walk. It was slippery EVERYWHERE like they mopped the place with greasy water.. We won't be considering this buffet again for a while.

The food was really good! The waitress continually checked up on us whether if it was refills, cleaning plates in a timely manner, or overall checking in. The ambiance was clean, bright, and spacious. You can go as a family dinner or catching up with friends. Will definitely come back.

4/5/21 Update: I haven't been to this place in maybe 2 years and I was craving for a cheap Chinese buffet. The outside was still same and parking was okay. I came on a Monday afternoon around 3:00pm which still had a decent amount of people eating here. I was worried at first the food would be old and left over from lunch but it was definitely busy. Lunch price was around $8.99 per person. As far as the Coviad guidelines, I was impressed. There was a sign to wear your mask before you came in. The front desk employees took our temps before being seated. There was masks and handsanitizers at the front desk as well. There also was gloves at the hot bar for you to wear when getting your food. Surprisingly, we were seated 6 feet apart from the next booth. The waitress sat everybody away from everybody. Maybe it was because it wasn't during the lunch rush and there was room. Regardless, I was impressed by their precautions here. Food was your typical low budget Chinese buffet. It is what it is. I did try the hibachi bar and got some squid, steak, onions, shrimp, and mushrooms for the hibachi cook. I got the Terakyi flavor. It was very tasty. Like I said, it's not bad for the price. I also got some crawfish, fried rice, hot/sour soup, fried squid, dumplings, chicken wing, fried donut, green beans, and broccoli. Dessert was okay, had your cakes, pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes, and cookies. Waiter service was awesome, fast, and super attentive. If your looking for a cheap Chinese buffet fix, this is your place for you!

The food was okay on the picture with the plat of food it was chicken and broccoli with white rice and lo-mein noddles the broccoli was soft. The rice was okay and the chicken was a bit chewy but this good overall I'll give the food a 7/10 does not have a lot of choices of food but it's decent to sit and eat and relax for a bit. Only thing I don't recommend much is the hibachi they don't listen when cooking your food or ask if you want any type of sauce. Waitress always by the side so if you need a other drink you don't have to wait long at all be there in a second.

The food was alright but the wait staff are very persistent about refilling your drink. Like annoyingly persistent, but go off sis.

Yumee Katsu is a modern-style katsu spot, and overall, the food is tasty even though I've definitely enjoyed some dishes more than others. My go-to order is the Assorted Katsu meal, and it's a winner for variety, flavor, and portion size. You get a couple of pieces of shrimp tempura, fish katsu, and pork & cheese katsu, plus the option to add a small side of udon or soba noodles. The fish katsu is light and flavorful, and the pork with cheese is a full-on cheese pull party. I also really enjoy their salad dressing and the dipping sauces that come with the donkatsu and fish katsu- they add a lot to the meal. The ambiance has a nice, modern vibe, and the service has always been friendly and welcoming. A small but thoughtful touch: they offer Asian candies for guests, which is a fun little refresher after your meal. Overall, Yumee Katsu is a great spot in Suwanee if you're in the mood for well-executed katsu in a cool, comfortable setting. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't already.

I was a huge fan of this place when it was strictly Japanese...and was quite bummed when I heard…read morethey changed this restaurant from Japanese to Asian fusion. In any case, I finally decided to check out the place for dinner. Well, right away, I saw that they added more tables. Even with more tables, the restaurant still seemed pretty spacious. I've always loved the spaciousness of this place...but I find the layout a bit awkward. Unless you come with a group of 4, you'll most likely be seated in the open area...where there's just this utter lack of privacy. So yeah, as nice as this place is, there's a certain lack of comfort and coziness? I also noticed that their menu/menus looked quite different. Initially I was handed just this Korean-Chinese menu...and when I asked if they had Bento Boxes, they handed me the Japanese menu, but I didn't see any sushi rolls on the menu (??). I should have asked, but I just let that go. In retrospect, I really regret not asking. But then again, I wonder why they didn't hand out ALL the menus right off the bat? Who knows...Maybe they had a third menu with a list of sushi rolls?? ANYWAY, I ended up ordering their Bulgogi Bento, which turned out to be quite substantial in portion, and well presented. The thing I didn't like was the bland, undercooked Bulgogi, with excessive fat. I've been getting served a lot of Bulgogi like this lately around town..and it has somewhat turned me off to Bulgogi in general. I personally prefer a much better cooked Bulgogi, with less fat. I enjoyed the Japchae, as well as the fried sides, but frankly, all the foods were all lacking in full Korean flavor. Some of the sides in the bento just seemed off...like these lackluster Avocado Sushi Rolls and a generic Salad (??). I felt that for the 32-dollar pricing, the sides should have been much better. This bento also came with Egg Drop Soup...but again, too bland. Guess I should have poured some soy sauce. As usual, the service was really good though. They even added this complimentary post-meal drink...this might have been the best part of my entire meal? I still think this is a really nice restaurant, with a lot to offer. I just didn't like how it got rid of many of its stellar Japanese menu items. Also, unfortunately, I just didn't like what I ordered. Again, the Bulgogi was too mild and too fatty...and all the foods in the Bento tasted a bit too bland. If I was to return, I would definitely not repeat the Bulgogi Bento. If they really don't have any sushi rolls, guess I'd order something Chinese?

I got the Paitan tsukemen and it was bursting with flavor. We did start with an appetizer, got the truffle garlic edamame. Will definitely be back to try other menu items!

Outstanding ramen, incredible fresh noodles, and excellent service from Aaliyah…read more Okiboru Ramen Takumen in Duluth was absolutely worth the visit, and honestly, I'm just mad at myself for not trying it sooner. I started with the Okiboru buns (chicken and pork) the crispy gyoza, and the garlic nori fries. All three were a great start to the meal. The buns were soft and fluffy, and the pork bun worked really well with the garlic aioli, soy glaze, and pickled cucumber. The chicken one was good too but the pork one beats it on flavor. The gyoza had a nice crisp to them and came with a shoyu dipping sauce that tied everything together well. The garlic nori fries were also really good, crispy and well seasoned, and a fun side to snack on between everything else along with the garlic sauce to dip your fries in. For my main dish, I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, which comes with rich pork broth, pork chashu, half a soft boiled egg, scallions, and thin Hakata noodles. I also added the thick noodle refill on the side, and I'm glad I did because both noodles were excellent in different ways. The biggest standout here was the noodle quality. You can tell immediately that these are fresh noodles because the texture is just on another level. The thin noodles were fantastic and worked perfectly with the tonkotsu broth, but the thick noodles were incredible too. It's one of those meals where after the first bite you immediately understand why people talk about fresh noodles the way they do. The broth itself was rich, flavorful, and comforting without feeling overly heavy, and the pork in the ramen was very good too. Service was also a big part of why this visit stood out. Aaliyah was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she did a great job making the whole experience feel comfortable from the start. Good food is one thing, but good service is a huge part of what makes people want to come back, and she absolutely deserves a shoutout. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was dining solo, so I sat at a smaller table, but they also have booths and larger middle tables that look like they'd work well for bigger groups. Food came out pretty quickly, and parking was easy since it's in a shopping center. And of course, everything got washed down with a Coke Zero. Not fountain, just canned, but it still hit the spot. This was an excellent meal from start to finish. Great appetizers, outstanding ramen, truly impressive noodles, and service that made the whole visit even better. I'll definitely be back.
