He came to my house, worked on my Mac for two hours and had to run to another appt. He was not done, but told me he could finish remotely. So I foolishly paid him for a third hour of work (total approx $285). I heard nothing from him. No call back, no email asking me if my computer was running better NOTHING. So I sent him an email, saying "my computer was not fixed and I wanted him to deliver on his commitment". He told me it was "fixed" and that he had "achieved my objective". Clearly that was NOT the case. He very reluctantly said he would go back remotely again, if I gave him my computer's sign in and password. But I was fed up and told him, "I had no interest" Net, beware of this guy, he may have the skills (although I did not see them), but his attention to detail, follow up skills, and customer attentiveness are terrible.
