I had a follow-up appointment in 6 months. I took time off from work and when I arrived I was told there was no record of my appointment, the computers had gone down had erased them. They have every bell, whistle and stop when it comes to your exam if you elect to do so. They don't pressure you to do it, but it's nice that it's an option. They have a wide range of glasses and the people that are there to help you want you to look and feel great. They aren't trying to push the most expensive line at you. I hadn't had my eyes checked in a couple years so I decided to get that taken care of in the same visit. Dr. Erickson was very thorough examining my eyes and he was friendly as well. I was hoping that I could get just the film on my glasses replaced instead of the whole lens, but sadly my vision worsened a little and I had to get brand new lenses anyway. Apparently there is a $40 charge to replace lenses if you bring your own frames, but my insurance completely covered most of the frames offered here. There is a really nice variety of both practical and designer looks. They are very patient with you and want you to try everything to make sure you find something you like. The employees here are polite and want to make you feel comfortable. Even in the waiting room, hot drinks and cookies are offered. You can tell they try to go the extra mile for you. I am very happy with my new glasses and I won't hesitate to come back here.

The doctor always looks away when talking to you. When I received my glasses it included distance, and the vision area was as thin as a pencil, I would have to turn my head to look slightly to the left or right. After the 4th one hour round trip to their office, I returned the glasses for a refund. I would not recommend this office for your vision care. I decided to stop in out of the blue and was greeted with the most contagious smile ever from Laura who was super extremely busy but stopped everything and offered to help me and work with me on new frames and place an order for me for new glasses. I tell you I would travel days to have her help me. You feel like nobody else is in the room even though there are tons of distractions with people walking by and trying on new frames.
