He walked into the room and did not introduce himself or say anything. When he finally spoke it was just "hi" and a few questions about my vision, he started working immediately and was very short with everything he said. He finished and handed me a prescription and said "see you in two years". He never mentioned going to the optical sales area for glasses. In addition to being a highly knowledgeable office, the staff here is what completely sets this place apart from the rest! Can I just tell you that. I have tried on 925,600 pairs of glasses without putting a dent in the options it seems - it's like their shelves are made of whatever Mary Poppins used for her bag - and received kind, authentic and specific feedback about each option! I keep checking because I've done this a couple of times, and everyone is always so happy to share their thoughts and help me narrow my options down. You can tell that this isn't just a place to work, it's truly a place where they all want to be and are always happy to help. On top of all that, I love the humor of this place! If you are looking for a stuffy, boring "is this better 1, or 2" this place is still who you should choose, but you might not like the jovial nature of the office.
