Because of my schedule, his office was able to ship my glasses to me and I have had very pleasant follow-up conversations with him since then. I hadn't had my eyes checked in a couple years so I decided to get that taken care of in the same visit. Dr. Erickson was very thorough examining my eyes and he was friendly as well. I was hoping that I could get just the film on my glasses replaced instead of the whole lens, but sadly my vision worsened a little and I had to get brand new lenses anyway. Apparently there is a $40 charge to replace lenses if you bring your own frames, but my insurance completely covered most of the frames offered here. There is a really nice variety of both practical and designer looks. They are very patient with you and want you to try everything to make sure you find something you like. The employees here are polite and want to make you feel comfortable. Even in the waiting room, hot drinks and cookies are offered. You can tell they try to go the extra mile for you. I am very happy with my new glasses and I won't hesitate to come back here.

They have the small town feel with the big city knowledge and equipment. Dr. Kocks is amazing. He is very personable and really breaks down any questions you didn't even know you had. They have every bell, whistle and stop when it comes to your exam if you elect to do so. They don't pressure you to do it, but it's nice that it's an option. They have a wide range of glasses and the people that are there to help you want you to look and feel great. They aren't trying to push the most expensive line at you. As long as I live in the area, this is my spot.
