We were able find one locally but the service was horrendous. We were briefly showed how to use the side door with the automatic lift for him and given 2 phone numbers to contact if we had an emergency issue. Hoping to not have an emergency, unfortunately we did. The ramp would not come out when the door opened. We tried turning the van off, turning it on, pushing button in the back for the lift to go out and retract. NOTHING worked. So we had to have 4 men in tuxedo's lift my father in his wheelchair into the van to strap down to transport him. We had to do this 4 times, we called the 2 emergency numbers that were given and no one answered either one. We returned the van and requested to talk to someone about the issue. They told us an override button got pushed on the counsel on the ceiling of the van - it was not a mechanical issue so they have nothing to do with the issue and they have attempted to contact the answering service regarding the no answer calls to no avail. What good is an emergency answering service with 2 different phone numbers if no one is going to answer the phone! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT WILLING TO ADJUST ANY PRICE but was told MAYBE we can discount your next rental. GUESS WHAT??? There will NOT be another rental from your company or even a referral to use your company for anything!

The film on the left lens of my glasses was unfortunately breaking down and making vision blurry in…read morethat eye. I hadn't had my eyes checked in a couple years so I decided to get that taken care of in the same visit. Dr. Erickson was very thorough examining my eyes and he was friendly as well. I was hoping that I could get just the film on my glasses replaced instead of the whole lens, but sadly my vision worsened a little and I had to get brand new lenses anyway. Apparently there is a $40 charge to replace lenses if you bring your own frames, but my insurance completely covered most of the frames offered here. There is a really nice variety of both practical and designer looks. They are very patient with you and want you to try everything to make sure you find something you like. The employees here are polite and want to make you feel comfortable. Even in the waiting room, hot drinks and cookies are offered. You can tell they try to go the extra mile for you. I am very happy with my new glasses and I won't hesitate to come back here.
