He walked into the room and did not introduce himself or say anything. When he finally spoke it was just "hi" and a few questions about my vision, he started working immediately and was very short with everything he said. I hadn't had my eyes checked in a couple years so I decided to get that taken care of in the same visit. Dr. Erickson was very thorough examining my eyes and he was friendly as well. I was hoping that I could get just the film on my glasses replaced instead of the whole lens, but sadly my vision worsened a little and I had to get brand new lenses anyway. Apparently there is a $40 charge to replace lenses if you bring your own frames, but my insurance completely covered most of the frames offered here. There is a really nice variety of both practical and designer looks. They are very patient with you and want you to try everything to make sure you find something you like. The employees here are polite and want to make you feel comfortable. Even in the waiting room, hot drinks and cookies are offered. You can tell they try to go the extra mile for you. I am very happy with my new glasses and I won't hesitate to come back here.
