They are being charged for a service that was never fully completed. The installer did not properly explain how the new alarm panel works, leaving my elderly parents unable to use the system. Since I can only visit when my schedule allows, this has created a significant inconvenience. In addition, the field representative has not returned to complete the final part of the installation. It has been about 10 days, and my parents still do not have full access to their alarm service. I have contacted the representative multiple times, and on several occasions he said he was on his way. My parents waited for him, but he never showed up and did not call to reschedule. Given that they live in the Compton area, having a functioning alarm system is especially important. Based on this experience, I encourage anyone considering this provider to carefully explore other options before making a commitment.
