My drink was definitely on the sweeter side and I feel like too much of it might lead to a hangover, but it was still really good. The employee was having technical difficulties but finally got everything working after 5-10 minutes. We asked about drinks and were told that someone would come in to check on us and take our drink orders. The karaoke room reservations are only for an hour so we got right into it! About 20 minutes into our session, no one had come in to take our drink orders. I decided to go out to the bar and order them myself. That took a little while so I was sad to have missed that time in the karaoke room. Our session ended right at the top of the hour, which is fine. However, the difficulties weren't factored in. No one did ever come in to check on us or take our drink order the whole time we were in there. Lastly, we had to figure out how to pay for the room. I asked a couple of people and was told to go to the bar bit the bartender couldn't find my reservation. He finally did and we paid and left. I love cobra and will try to visit for dinner one last time. However, the service this most recent time left some room to be desired.

He definitely thought we were there to have some fun so we just ate it up and flirted back because people who are comfortable in their sexuality can do that. Needless to say we ordered a couple drinks and then an older lady came in and sat beside us and boy was she a trip. We chatted it up with her for a good 30 minutes while doing a shot with her. The owners do not care, the employees do not care, the police do not (evidently) care! Used to come here often, but after numerous reports of this being the case, I won't step foot here again. Additionally, there is a MINIMUM $10 cover fee every night, regardless of what's going on inside (nothing to write home about), on top of that there is a minimum charge of $10 on credit/debit cards. Meaning you must spend at least $20 to have a mediocre night here. To add to it all, I've left my card here once, I was able to come back the next day and get it luckily. My friend did the same a few months later, she went back the next day and the bartender (some guy) working started discussing with her how hammered he was the night prior and that he was still hungover. She provided her ID to him and he checked the cards they had and said "sorry, your card's not here. We might've given it out to someone else" HELLO WHAT?! Maybe we should check IDs before giving a card away?! Anyways she inquired how that would be possible and he responded "I don't know man, I can't just make it appear out of thin air".
